moog5050
Oh man was that good. Trying to convince my son he could like venison, my daughter and I teamed up to make steak pizzaiola with venison. It was outstanding and even my doubting son loved it. Good option to initiate the venison doubters. Sorry forget to take a pic. But seriously give it a go with your favorite pizzaiola recipe.

Trial153
Cant beat steak pizzaiolo. I have made it with elk, moose, caribou and venison...any steak that you can leave rare it will work with. I really like taking skirt steaks off moose and using them

I would figure even a Mayo face would have tried it. No one ever cooked it at the station? I am shocked.

I really like taking skirt steaks off moose and using them I pound steaks to about 1/4” and then make cutlets with flour, salt and pepper. Those then go back into sauce after being browned in olive oil with butter. , Sauce has sweet peppers, hot peppers, garlic, onion, fresh tomato, some crushed tomatoes, wine, balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, salt and crushed red pepper. Serve over angel hair. I am stuffed! most recipes have mushroom but that’s a no go for Natalie. I then slice it on a bias, plate it then put sauce on top.
