erussell
This is by far the best sentence I have ever seen for poaching. Instead of presumptive prison terms of three years and 6½ years, respectively, for their racketeering, identity theft and poaching convictions, the Donohos must report to the Lane County Jail for a 90-day sentence on Oct. 1, the first day of deer season, in each of the next four years. http://special.regis...n-hall.html.csp Edited March 6, 2012 by erussell

bubba
Thank you I will have to remember that one. However I seriously doubt it can be enforced. Upon appeal it will fall. That is a very smart ploy of a judge to get votes. Everyone thinks he can really do business. They changed and no one hears about it. Rev Ev
Thank you I will have to remember that one. However I seriously doubt it can be enforced. Upon appeal it will fall. That is a very smart ploy of a judge to get votes. Everyone thinks he can really do business. They changed and no one hears about it. The article says it was part of a plea deal. A total of one year in jail versus 3-6, I don't think they will cry too much.
