SteveNY
Any laws or rules against this? There is a huge state land field near me, and my backyard is just a little too small to shoot skeet with this new machine I got. Thanks guys
WNYBuckHunter
Its a no no to use breakable targets on state land. Same as littering.
fasteddie
I believe it would be considered "littering" !
erussell
Its on the books, no clay target shooting on state land.

Ford
I know now they have biodegradeable pigeons. But against the law is, well against the law. It seems to me that there are "unofficial" target ranges in some areas. Where people go to shoot all manner of stuff. Some are really disgusting, others not so bad. If everyone picked up thier mess, it might not be so bad.

People are such slobs tho that they put up signs now that you are not allowed to shoot any more. I just hate how people treat the land... Early
Aw, hell....go ahead and shoot. Better to ask for forgiveness...
ny hunter
Same thing happened to us years ago, shot and hunted a piece of land and dirt bags ruined it.
BaldguyLee
Yeah, we gotta be careful with the littering and get others to follow. There's a popular target spot in 8G that looks worse every time I see it. I worry it'll be closed someday soon.
