Lawdwaz
Hart has been doing it for years. https://www.hartbarrels.com/contact_us_a/83.htm 2
airedale
Lawdwaz's recommendation of Hart barrels is a good one. They have been around for as long as I can remember and their barrels have a reputation for accuracy and quality that are second to none. The Gun Works Of Central NY is another option especially if looking to use a barrel from another manufacturer, they can do just about anything you want when it comes to firearms. Daveboone
What about contacting Remington themselves? 1
Gobbler Chaser
While your at it put a nice stainless Shilen Select or Match Grade barrel on that R700 and turn it into a sniper rifle.

You just have to find them word of mouth. I had a guy in Islip NY many yrs ago that would rebarrel and precision head space rifles for a reasonable price. eaglemountainman
Lots of good options. Hart is one of them. I just had a Ruger 77RL tanger rebarreled by Mcgowen to 260 Rem. Very happy with what I received back from them as far as workmanship, finish and accuracy. Just an FWI, turn around can be pretty lengthy with a lot of these shops, and what they tell you up front is never written in stone. Just have to be patient.
