    Thanks, I think I am past the worst part, I think when I had most symptoms I was out with the hounds and a friend. I am exhausted though. I'm still shoveling for my dogs and it just wears me out, but I think I finally just finished it.

    I have always browned the whole neck the add onion and beef broth or water with better than bouillon beef flavor. Then I take all the meat off cut it down and a back in and make a nice thick gravy

    MLK day so no school. I finally got to use my snow blower and it not that easy, I thought it was going to be easier. I wanted to do a path out the the dogs but if you leave the blower down it tears up the ground, if you lift it it just very hard. Snow is up to my knees

    Squirrel seem to have a sweet taste to them compared to rabbit, I like both. I have made with both of them, tacos, breaded and fried. I think my favorite is the bake with the gravy vegetables and Bisquick on top. Yum I have cooked them up and giving them to the dogs

    I think mandates are wrong, I don't care if people have the vaccine or not, it's not my business. I think at school it seems to be pretty equal between the vaccinated and the non who are getting covid. Now with only 5 day isolation most people never know is was sick or not
