Unlike Joe Biden's Presidency, the Trump Administrations response to getting the initial covid vaccine to the masses in short order was impressive. Too bad the vaccine doesn't work on the 50th omicron stealth V2#betterlucknexttime variant that popped up this week. Maybe the 20th booster shot will help ?

Couldn't get a bead on these two that were visiting the bait piles at all different hours of the evening and early morning. We saw them off in the distance a couple of times, but always heading the opposite way. Last night we headed in right after sunset, the moon was blocked by clouds, the wind was swirling and it was drizzling. Perfect conditions for not seeing a coyote, but I've never seen one while sitting inside my house either, so there we were. We split up and I headed to a lower field and my buddy headed to the top field overlooking the bait pile. Not 5 minutes later, I hear a shot and see a coyote bolting down the field a hundred yards away. As I watched it going over the crest of the field with my thermal spotter, I was thinking that dog is gone for good, when a few seconds later, it comes running back over the hill ! At first I thought it was one of the deer that were feeding on the other side of the hill, but it was definitely a dog on the move. I set my rifle on the tripod and was going to try and stop it with a bark, but it suddenly turned into the woods, heading up to my buddy, trying to find his buddy. 10 seconds later a shot rang out and I see that yote crest the hill and pile up. Wooo Hoooo ! Two big males down for the count. We were on a dry spell at this spot and this was exactly what we needed to boost our moral and take this pair of cow harassers out for the farmer. In the background, you can see the yote he shot on 3/6. -
As an upland bird hunter at heart, I have a conundrum with helping to save the wild turkey population in NY. I was told by a wildlife biologist that if found, turkey will destroy grouse nests and that a larger turkey population correlate's to having a smaller grouse population. I don't like the taste of turkey either, so I have two reasons not to save them. Fortunately for you turkey hunters, I despise coyote more than turkey.

That bow's to nice to let sit after the deer season ends, so get a night or thermal scope and help save Bambi !

Put that crossbow to good use now, hunting coyote !

Semi's aren't popular, because everyone knows that semi autos are evil and it's disrespectful to shoot a deer at 50 yards with a rifle that doesn't have the ability to shoot a gnats ass of at 400 yards or the recoil to make you flinch. They also need to be maintained to function properly and any rifle that you need to clean + unload before storing in a rifle case after the season ends is junk.

For you Biden voters
Shoots100 replied to Waterfowler's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
Biden and his cohorts have until Nov 3rd to destroy the world and by the looks of it, they might just succeed. After the Destruction, we can "Build Back Better" ! -
Remember, Americans are being told by the Dems that the higher gas prices are the result of the US cancelling the 8% importation of oil coming from Russia. 8% loss of our oil importation is causing the highest gas prices in American history. Imagine how much more we'd be paying if we cancelled the Keystone pipeline ? Luckily, I don't have to worry about that as my retirement is secure with the purchase of a seaside condo in Arizona that Biden gave me a great deal on.

That's a great area in Maine. I've been looking around Maine for a place to retire for almost 30 years, but the wife says No every time we visit friends in the winter. I was hoping Global warming would make it a little warmer up there for her to change her mind, but it's not working out that way. Safe travels.

So can we say that the Dems are causing election interference by allowing gas prices to rise so high, that all of the lower income voters won't have the funds to gas up their vehicles to get to the voting booths ? Those Bastards !!!!!!!!!!!! That's twelve exclamation points to show how important this is !

And just to point this out, are we talking about Trump Again ? I thought he was old news, so why does every post circle back to Him ? It seems that TDS is going to have more variants than the China virus. -

https://www.yahoo.com/news/manhattan-das-investigation-donald-trump-152547072.html Three years of multiple Gov't agency investigations and still nothing on what we were told three years ago was a "slam dunk" in putting the bad orange man in jail. Imagine how great America could be if the Dems put 1/2 of their attention to what's actually happening in America, instead of wasting millions of tax payer dollars on frivolous lawsuits and investigations ? Of course, those millions of tax payer dollars are payoff's to those that helped them get into office, but that's business as usual in DC. Maybe they'll find something after the 100th investigation or when they exceed the 100 millionth tax dollar spent ? -

Agreed, but it's usually the Right that is told to take the "high road" by the Dems that keep making new strides to find out how low the low road can be, then chastising the Right for doing far less offensive acts. Typical divisive behavior to cover up their inept leadership decisions that aren't going unnoticed by voters and will ultimately lead to their demise in Nov, no matter how hard they try to cover it up with negative over emphasized press releases. -
I had the same issue after my bout with the china virus. I noticed that I couldn't keep up with my friends during deer drives and while walking up hill's getting to coyote stands that was usually a piece of cake. After a few months of extra cardio training and the usual regular outdoor activities associated with coyote, small + big game hunting, the labored breathing slowly went away. I didn't gain any weight, but I could see the extra weight adding to your post covid labored breathing symptoms. Unless you have some underlying condition that would need medical attention that you don't know about, lose some weight, walk an extra mile and you should be fine.

I heard the China news from Bill O' Reilly. I'll be having tea with one of my good friends that has family in several branches of the armed forces of Poland and Ukraine. Going to do some chatting with one of them in an hour, if a line of communication is available. For someone that doesn't like Trump, you sure can't stop from bringing him up.

Was just informed that China says it isn't backing Putin monetarily in this latest adventure, but what happens behind closed doors is another story. Hopefully for the Ukraine it's true, as the rest of the industrialized countries are putting Russia in a bind that might put Russians at odds with Putin and his decision to invade.

It's really sad that you and all the rest of the TDS jabmentia people were focusing on the bad orange man, when Putin was amassing hundreds of thousands of troops for the eventual invasion of Ukraine and thought sanction threats were going to stop him. Keep up the good work Comrade'. And then there's this; Hillary
