How big is a problem compared to the universe.

Interesting ............ -
Anyone here ever see something like this happen?

With all the M-1's that were fired at the rifle range at P.I. or LeJeune never saw or heard of this happening ....... -

Tough farmer and he has a great attitude .

$1 wouldn't hurt . Would like to see the money get into the right hands . I sometimes wonder how much of the donated venison gets to feed the poor . I used to always donate when I took any deer to a processor . It was my understanding that the State paid the processors for processing the donated deer . What would the extra money be for ?

What the hell are you talking about ? What does a shotgun pattern have to do with resting the X-bow buttstock on your leg and the forearm on a bi-pod , shooting sticks or ladderstand rail . When I use to Turkey Hunt , I would rest my shotgun on my leg that way when sitting on the ground against a tree . No problem . I was making a comparison as to holding both the same way . That way , either one is in the ready position .

I know a few Gun Hunters who don't bow hunt but have picked up a crossbow and deer hunted with them before gun season opened . Two of them were successful last season .

Did some checking . They are BOLTS . Victory makes arrows for bows and Bolts for crossbows . https://www.victoryarchery.com/CROSSBOW/

This is what I use . Bought them at Cabelas and they call them Shooting Sticks .

The Orioles go through grape jelly real fast . They also hit the suet and the Hummingbird feeders so I put out a couple Oriole feeders . We get so many birds coming in that I think they scare the little hummingbirds . I haven't tried any Orange slices for the Orioles yet . Gotta give that a try .

G-Man --- Okay , I thought you were trying to be a wise ass . That's my job . The Bi-pod I bought at Cabelas has a swivel top which makes it easy to maneuver .

I have only seen a couple hummingbirds so far this year . We have had as many as 7 orioles at a time at the feeders . I made a feeder and put grape jelly in it . The Orioles pig out on that . Rose breasted grosbeaks have been plentiful as well as many other birds .

Are you nuts or a poor reader ? Sitting in a stand with the forearm on the rail or bi-pod and the buttstock on your leg is no different than sitting on the ground doing the same thing with a shotgun when Turkey hunting . Try to visualize that .....

Thet thar is a gud'un !

The carton that my Crossbow Bolts were in says "Crossbow Bolts" . Apparently you know something that the manufacturer doesn't know .
-
BS . You can sit in a treestand and rest the forearm on the rail and the buttstock on your leg . I use a bipod in the stands that don't have the shooting rail . No reason to hold 7 pounds steady doing this . Using some smarts goes a long way !

My error . Tired . It's been a long rough day .

I am too lazy to sharpen blades by hand . I bought one of these from Harbor Freight a few years ago and have sharpened several blades with it . https://www.harborfreight.com/electric-chain-saw-sharpener-63803.html

My 1st gun was a Marlin lever action 22 model 39A . Bought it when I was 14 years old . Shot a lot of woodchucks with it in Groveland , NY . It was just collecting dust so I gave it to my youngest son recently as he didn't have a 22 . I told him to take care of my baby . My next 2 rifles were an M-1 and then a M-14 compliments of the USMC . Didn't get to keep those .
