  3. Kielon Gunsmith Webster , NY 585-872-2256 57 Kittleberger Park, Webster, NY 14580Cross Streets: Between North Ave and Blue Vista Trl/Seasons Trl http://www.kielongunsmiths.com/Home.asp
  4. With all the M-1's that were fired at the rifle range at P.I. or LeJeune never saw or heard of this happening .......
  5. Tough farmer and he has a great attitude .
  6. $1 wouldn't hurt . Would like to see the money get into the right hands . I sometimes wonder how much of the donated venison gets to feed the poor . I used to always donate when I took any deer to a processor . It was my understanding that the State paid the processors for processing the donated deer . What would the extra money be for ?
  7. What the hell are you talking about ? What does a shotgun pattern have to do with resting the X-bow buttstock on your leg and the forearm on a bi-pod , shooting sticks or ladderstand rail . When I use to Turkey Hunt , I would rest my shotgun on my leg that way when sitting on the ground against a tree . No problem . I was making a comparison as to holding both the same way . That way , either one is in the ready position .
  8. I know a few Gun Hunters who don't bow hunt but have picked up a crossbow and deer hunted with them before gun season opened . Two of them were successful last season .
  9. Did some checking . They are BOLTS . Victory makes arrows for bows and Bolts for crossbows . https://www.victoryarchery.com/CROSSBOW/
  10. This is what I use . Bought them at Cabelas and they call them Shooting Sticks .
  11. The Orioles go through grape jelly real fast . They also hit the suet and the Hummingbird feeders so I put out a couple Oriole feeders . We get so many birds coming in that I think they scare the little hummingbirds . I haven't tried any Orange slices for the Orioles yet . Gotta give that a try .
  12. G-Man --- Okay , I thought you were trying to be a wise ass . That's my job . The Bi-pod I bought at Cabelas has a swivel top which makes it easy to maneuver .
  13. I have only seen a couple hummingbirds so far this year . We have had as many as 7 orioles at a time at the feeders . I made a feeder and put grape jelly in it . The Orioles pig out on that . Rose breasted grosbeaks have been plentiful as well as many other birds .
  14. Are you nuts or a poor reader ? Sitting in a stand with the forearm on the rail or bi-pod and the buttstock on your leg is no different than sitting on the ground doing the same thing with a shotgun when Turkey hunting . Try to visualize that .....
