I bought a Repeal the SAFE Act sign for the yard at the Avon Gun Shop yesterday . Before I put it in the yard I wrote " Stolen from E McDonald - Ontario NY " on both sides on the bottom . Let someone steal that !

I believe the detection range is only 35 yards . the last 2 pics are 1 minute apart .....

No . Never found out . It was on the soybean side of the laneway and would have been noticable if someone was walking in the field which is rather unlikely . It was cabled to a tree with a small stainless cable . It was about 100 yards down from where that doe is standing in the soybeans .

Moved a camera Saturday and since I was in the area today I checked it out ........

I have to drive at least 50 miles one way to hunt so I hunt mornings , take a break around noon and maybe change stands then hunt the afternoon and drive home . The following day I may just hunt the afternoon .

Have the camera set up overlooking a mowed path to ride horses . The guy walking is a Brit that walks all over doing 5 miles a day . I warned him about October 1st and he said he would stay away . The date is one day ahead . Didn't realize it until I looked at the pics .

Down the street from her house is a small gulley . As I was driving past I could see at least 5 deer in there . Didn't see any horns though .

Too bad they don't eat the grass . My son in law and the kids are too lazy to mow .

Had to deliver something to one of my daughters in Irondequoit today . She had 3 deer in her back yard . She lives off Cooper .

6 "C" batteries .... The D338s looks like the D333 but is 8MP . I bought it from the Sportsman's Guide . I bought a Moultrie D-338s low glo IR 8MP trail cam from the Sportsman's Warehouse that I have to test . Sportsman's whse had it reduced to $80 and then a special to members for $70 . I had a $10 coupon and ended up paying something like $61 for a $130 camera . Piddled around with it last night and I don't find the programming user friendly . Until I get used to the settings I don't think I would buy another one . Gotta try it in the woods yet .
