    I took the picture with that exposure to capture the color of the sky. If I wanted it over exposed, I would have set the camera that way. Soooooo , you need a telephoto lens for the sunrise ?     I have a Bohning Lynx 6 arrow quiver . They also have the Bohning Lynx 4 arrow quiver . The things I like about it are ; it's flexible (takes up any shock) , it grasps the arrow in two places and it is easily detachable .

    Dayum Burt , I have mixed feelings on this . I can just see a parent demanding that the kid wear a harness while he doesn't wear one . Preach safety and then not follow it . It makes me think of the bicyclists where you see a mom or dad riding with the kids . The kids wear helmets but the parent doesn't . DUMB !!! I was always told to lead by example .......

    I've never had to drag anything that heavy . Bought an ATV a couple years ago . I think I could handle it now . Awesome buck . Congrats !

    Those tent caterpillers really mess up a tree . I had tried spraying our crab apple tree but it didn't help much . I fastened a bernzomatic torch to a pole and burned up the nest and then anything crawling . You could hear the little ba$tards screaming !!!

    Absolutely- and a hero of the time to me, that wasn't even his most impressive mission IMO. Bet ya he got more practice than we'll ever know on them "Chucks" and "Charlies". Got a title on that book Eddie or know the author. I like to read! ;D "White Feather" and "Marine Spiper" were two of the books . Can't think of the 3rd title offhand .....

    We were in Williamson getting our Taxes done and I ran into a woman that I had shot woodchucks for in the past . She said a friend who has property in Walworth has chucks in the yard of an old house he owns . I told her that the way the houses are situated , it wouldn't be safe to shoot a gun around there but ........ it made me think that it might be fun to try my luck with the bow this summer . By then gas will probably be up to $4 a gallon !

    It was on today . I loaned two books about Carlos to a fellow JarHead as well as a book on Marine Corps History . The guy dies and I didn't pursue getting them back from his widow . Hathcock was a Marine's Marine !!!

    I wonder if it was the VC sniper's scope that Carlos Hathcock shot a bullet through . That empty scope makes one heck of a peep sigh . Especially at 400 yards !
