I had heard years ago that you could donate them to the VA and Veterans whom were in the hospital could make things(belts) out of them , do they still do that ?
I had a buddy whom could not get out to hunt the last day of gun season (southern tier) and he had a doe permit and had not nailed a buck this year so far... I asked him if I could get out there and hopefully fill it for him , I put his tag number on the back of my license and went out the last day and took a nice doe .... we split the meat and never exchanged any money ! He's happy I'm happy and it was a good clean shot !
I'm just curious .... I have an old M1 Carbine thats been sitting in the closet for years ... I'm thinking of going for coyotes this year , would that do the job ? I'm sure it probably would , just looking for input !
I used too see alot of rabbits in the backyard , then I setup my first Trail Cam for a test run and this is why I dont see rabbits in the bacyard anymore !!!
I've left my ladder stand up for about 4 years now and have just replaced the ratchet straps so far . I'm taking it down next month and moving it for next year .
I and my son are heading into the woods for the next month or so and hopefully wacking some coyote's ! I've never hunted for coyote's so this should be interesting !
I hunt about 30 feet up in my tree stand and the deer always approach the area cautiously . They seem to know that something is different but are not sure what . They dont see me or hear me but they know somethings up ( get it ?) !
