Great video Rubino Boys!!...I enjoyed watching the Buck stop lookup at you then try to backup once he knew something wasn't right. Then he gave you that perfect broadside shot and that's when you sent the arrow right where it's supposed to go. Congratulations a good NY Buck!

Most of the time I'm in all day long from before sunrise to sunset. I pack myself all that need for a full day in the woods (drinks, snacks, lunch). If I see Deer throughout the morning I will stay in that spot all day. If the action stops for a few hours then I'm up and still hunting till I spot Deer or they spot me LOL. Then as it gets about 2 hours before sunset I'll find another spot that loos promising and stay there till then.

Very sad to hear that a hunter was mistaken for a Deer and killed way after legal shooting light. Their is absolutely no excuse for that killer's actions!! -

It is definitely NOT the same deer. Just like Sampotter had said the G2 is alot longer then any of the other atnlers it stands out! The buck that you have on your cam is still waiting for you, now go out and get him soon before the season is over. Good Luck!!

At least someone is seeing deer. Haven't had much luck lately, hopefully this colder weather will get them moving around again. I will be going out tomorrow for an all day hunt, maybe it will be my lucky day. I NEED ME SOME MEAT!!! Good luck to all hunters on the Island!

I was hunting for 4 days in 3A didn't see one Buck or sign that a Buck was around? I did however see Does every day which made my days in the woods a little more enjoyable, but why wasn't a Buck following any of the Does?

Thanks for the input on arrows being shot during heavy winds. I normally didn't hunt due to the wind but as I see from the comments it is not a factor at all. That means I can enjoy bow hunting in the wind, yeah!!!! ....Just don't like being up in a tree spinning round and round, start to see lots of deer..LOL

I was just wondering how many Bow Hunters out there actually hunt when the wind is blowing above 15 mph with crazy gusts on top of that? I would think that the only way to hunt in those conditions would be on the ground and wait for a deer to present itself at 10 yds.What are your thoughts on this subject?
