Sad Day for NYS!
Culvercreek hunt club replied to DirtTime's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
Seems like a perfect time for Thomas (70) and Alito (68) to retire and replace them with very conservative Judges that are about 45-50... Lock them in for generations. Watch the Left lose their collective minds then. -
I really hope those got rubbed at the same time...lol.

GET READY FOR SAFE ACT II
Culvercreek hunt club replied to Larry's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
Here is my hope and maybe I am being too optimistic. I REALLY hope Ginsberg goes out very shortly. Just to have a very nice cushion. I also am trying to put a big spin on our state election. Let's say they pass a Safe Act 2 and really stick it to us. Even with the current make up of SCOTUS, Does Safe Act 1 and 2 become THE test cases that answers the questions of the 2nd amendment once and for all? As a side note I got a kick out of the last few weeks with the left that have been saying that the Constitution is open for interpretation and should change with moder advances concerning the 2nd but lost their freaking minds when that same "process" was discussed about the 14th. -
That is my issue with the OP. he has no proof. He hasn't seen the piles and it's just from what some folks are saying. Sprinkle in his assertions about the guys wealth and owning property in Kansas and It come off as jealousy and looking for a way to bust this neighbors stones.

They won't be selling powder out of that store then. Something about Henrietta regulations and the Fire code.
-
From what I understand that is why they opened the PA store. They did a big AR business on line and couldn't do it from NY anymore. Last time I was there is seemed like pretty standard fair for what they have always had on hand. I did just post a thread on here about a news article where they screwed a widow on 3 pistols that they had on consignment.

Are they still operating online even though the stores closed and the bank has them becasue of the debt?

I would sit right on that spot all day. I have seen that happen 3 times and it was like a parade all day long. The same smell that brought both of those bucks by you on her trail is still there. any other buck that crosses her path is going to hop on those train tracks and end up right where that 8 pointer was.

Sad Day for NYS!
Culvercreek hunt club replied to DirtTime's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
He would have still been a million votes short even with all those. -
I'd wait a couple hours and have him get where he shot it from and him you where he last saw it.
-
Look way beyond the area he shot at him for the arrow. were there full length hairs or were they only cut hairs?

Sad Day for NYS!
Culvercreek hunt club replied to DirtTime's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
More and more of those areas are depressed and looking for a handout. I grew up In Herkimer and is sin't even a shadow of it's former self now. Businesses all moved out and it is a drug den and a welfare community with many getting assistance in some form or fashion. The Dem's are the party of free stuff. Hard to compete with that. -

Buy now. With Cuomo and both houses under Democrat control the Safe Act 2 will dwarf the first one. Only hope is that with the US Senate picking up Republican seats SCOTUS Nominations should be easier. So keep your fingers crossed that Ginsberg doesn't make it 2 years and we get an even bigger cushion. -
Seems to me we had something similar happen in the news recently with .....what was it?...Oh yeah a SCOTUS nominee.
-
Are you gong to teach them it is ok to accuse someone of something without any proof?
