Another tidbit. If you will be doing alot in the woods, u will want a hydrostatic transmission. Another thing I would never get again is a gear drive tractor ! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Long story short this was my first day of high school. Wore jeans and put big gauz over the blisters. Got home and couldn't wait to take he jeans off.... Except the fact the gauz were at my ankles and the puss had hardened to my jeans. Basically had a layer of skin stuck to my jeans. Did I mention that when I see leaves of 3 I run.... Yea. Guess I didn't consider your outys... Had a few stands that required annual Rosey trimming. Seems in those situations I've realized that Multi Flora is french for... Well, you know. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Must haves: ag tires, 4wd, FEL. As far as size, I know you will regret going to small Vs the odd chance you ever regret going too big. The more you use a tractor and realize the capabilities you will always find a task requiring more hp. I have a 40hp Kubota grand L with a cab. I am in the woods 90% of the time. I would never get a smaller tractor and try and accomplish the tasks I do now. As far a moving through the woods and wanting a smaller tractor, make the trail to accommodate your bigger tractor. The task will be a fun way to break in your new rig! A good size is 30-40hp. Kubota L is a great buy and holds its value. New is awesome except for the whole regen issues with emissions. A clean used rig saves you a bit of money and some of that lost equity. If you stick with the big names they are worth what you pay years after you buy. Minimal maintenance can have them running for a lifetime and parts are typically easy to find for 20+ years. Good luck with your search ! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Nothing like a good MF rose grabbing on to your tenders on the way up a stand... Grow, be thankful you have an inny not an outy One of my favorite things to do on the tractor is yank a bucket full of rosebush out of the ground. Or that sweet sound it makes going through the brush hog. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

That is Def not at all one of the rigs I was thinking of. Good looking gun though Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I going with a comparison of similar price point knifes. Both are under 100$. I do envy those with high end knives but I am too hard on them and have a tendency to lose them or misplace them often, so I stick with more entry level. Apples to apples the edge is Def better on the Kershaw. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk -

Switched my daily driver from buck to Kershaw recently. Buck was American steel, Kershaw is China yet has definitely held a better edge than the bucks. I'd buy another and this solidifies it. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk -
They always have a pile of guns that have been built with factory and aftermarket parts off different models. I know they have a few local guys who are always bringing in frankensteined guns. Prob a " custom built" frankensteined. Most of them are pretty cool and anybody that knows alot about guns will get stumped on configuration. I don't know a ton about specifics on guns, just addicted to gun shopping....I've spent some time in the "library" Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

On the farm we have a group of three hens and one very small poult. I WILL be investing some serious time in killing coyotes as I'd much rather see that poult live than some dogs... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I'm on the excited boat. I've kinda gone overboard on gear though. Decoys, tactics, 10 shot extension for the versamax, swivel chairs and a bag to carry ammo... Absolutely a blast , literally. I do love when they start dropping and they go from target to decoy automatically. Great times !! Keeps the farmers happy too Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
