  1. Nice post, love seeing the age and antler growth in chronological order. I wish more picts like this were out so you can see how much bigger they get at certain ages.
  2. We have that whole area between 4 hunters so we control it all. We had numbers 7 and 8 in the lottery so we decided to do adjoining properties. Private land to the east so I don't see how our piece will be pushed. Thanks for the info Greybeard.
  3. Ok Santa, going to need a little help here!! love it!!!
  4. Thankful we have the spots to hunt. Greybeard is on spot with what he said. Those deer are so use to the smells and noise of out east use it to your favor. I'm very excited this year. My BIL is coming down from the Fingerlakes and hunting with us on the opening day of shotgun. We have spot 9 and 10 all to ourselves. This closes off the whole section boarded by Grumman, Wadding river and Line road. He is going to be in heaven because that property is beautiful!
  5. Good luck everyone, not a good time for this to happen. Then again it never is. Use your head and don't do anything you will regret. Watch those tree limbs.
  6. My 50th Birthday party. The cabin. 1st time girls went squirrel hunting, the basket is for the harvest! Surf fishing at Eatons Neck. Walked in from work and Mac had everything under control!
  7. Where did you hunt? Get back in the thicker stuff away from the sg hunters, sure it wasn't Greybeard? lol he didn't shoot but I'm sure he would like to know where the birds were!
  8. Grey beard I thought the same thing about that spot spectacular!
  9. We are hunting 9 and 10 on first day of shotgun. Last year while Hunting deer we saw a good amount of all game. We also walked many miles.
  10. That would be called a shart? Never waste a hard-on and never trust a fart!
  11. Still afraid of seeing Santa? Remember that year you crapped your pants seeing Santa at the department store? Now I know why you want skid resistant!!! lol Good luck on the 24th!
  12. That is offensive and a rude comment.
  13. Honestly I have never watched the show. If he needs to talk about homosexuality then Be as it is. It is his loss that he can't see the human race is diverse. This will never change wether it be a duck hunter or judge .
  14. Yea it seems these guys hunt hard for the bucks for three months and let the does walk. Season coming to an end and Snipers on the way, brown it's down. This is used for justifying their kill of fawns. You want to shoot the small ones fine by me, just don't use the "Sniper" as your excuse.
  15. They didn't like the picture taken from the site. They think the person who took the picture is a rat and anti hunter. Hunting is about guts and blood so get over it. They could give a rats a$$ about who looks at the picture. Some comments: Grow up and fill tags, that's what its about. Go F yourself Their site and will post whatever they feel like.
  16. Have a few laughs at camp, maybe make an off color comment like the caption and it dies 5 seconds later. Post on Facebook and the world sees it forever. Doesn't do us hunters one bit of good. This thread has stirred up a hornets nest over on the Facebook site. They really don't see it the way we all do.
  17. Wow, there you have it. Interesting note, the comments below the picture, there were 22 positive comments nothing negative and 60 likes.
  18. From another hunting website. I thought it was a bit over the top, what do you think?
  19. Watch "Blackfish" and make your own judgement. A lot is coming out because of this movie, it was just a matter of time though.
  20. I also think you would have even more hunters cheating the system using other "peoples" backtab to tag a buck. That is a reality……...
