    Good post Cabin Fever. She understands the needs of the rabbit. I told her this isn't something you get into and lose interest in, it's a big commitment. She has a cat and dog that she takes very good care of so I'm hopeful.

    Thank you for the information. Back in the day when I was a kid I had a bunch of rabbits. I believe 10 was my highest number at one time. I remember dealing with the things you mention. Will keep this in mind when setting up the home for it.

    Grow, That was on my list. I told her the fair was the week we were up at the cabin. Last year they had so many rabbits bet ya we get what we are looking for there. Thank you for the response. She is very excited to do this!

    Folks, Looking for a breeder of Holland or Mini lop rabbits. Been promising my daughter a pet rabbit this August and could use some help finding a breeder. Won't mind driving an hour or so from the Hamondsport area. Thanks-

    Sister is a dedicated iPhone 5 user. Switched last month to the Galaxy. She loves the phone and won't go back. She owns her own business and needs a real good dependable phone.

    I can't wait to see the pictures of the mount. I have a problem with the bears also. They are now raiding my neighbors feed for his pigs. We have been spotting them closer and closer to the cabin. I had my chance at bow last year to get one and blew it. Hope lady luck is on my side this year!

    Boston Cop released the real photos. Now his job may be on the line. Sucks what some publishers will do for a buck. That is a huge gamble not only with the public but with your advertisers.

    I have to ask where does all the deer damage happen. My property is in 8P. One of the biggest AG districts around. The farmer I lease to doesn't come around crying to me the deer are killing his living. He does tell us he has permits but I wouldn't use them. As far as I'm concerned I see more damage done by a sow with 3 cubs then a by the deer. I guess when the farmer outright owns the land he would rather kill anything that may come between him and a profit? Totally legal but under their (farmer) discretion.

    Pretty neat place Joe. Actually that would make for a real nice still shot. We are producing our "Best Places to Live" issue this month. Many pictures that are taken look just like that. Great place in this heat!

    After posting that last bit of information I thought about the safety class. I guess you can buy the license but it is not active until you take the class at the appropriate age?

    My god daughter's son who is 3 just got one. She paid 300 bucks for it. What an investment.

    Don't know? Will the compete with the deer for food, how would that work out? Is the Daks a suitable place for them to live, don't they need a lot of grazing areas to survive? I would love to hear the sound of Elk in the distance but they are one big animal up close.
