Not much else for me to say here.The 06 has been doing the job for me for almost 35 years,Yes i do own other guns.But I also own 4 rifles chambered for the 30-06...9 times out of ten I have an 06 in my hands..I don"t think your friend is any good at this find a new friend.

I own a pair of Rocky's and a pair of field and stream.I love the FS warm quiet and water proof..The rockys are also a great boot.But the FS are the ones I where most.

Guys I need help,i would love to get one but I really no nothing about these.what brand to look at what price to start with....this is just gonna be something to try out so do I spend 300,or 200 or 500.not really sure what i am looking for.Is there one that good in sand dirt and water? Help point me in the right direction please....
