Drove half way to the cabin and realized,when I packed up last night I never put my quiver in.So I have no arrows.So here I am back home cursing my self and everything.Good luck everyone.

I had a 9ptr come in from behind me,I had to take my jacket off it was real warm,so I leaned my rifle on a tree to do so,When I turned around I crouched and got my gun had a easy shot 30 yards tops.His head was down it was a chip shot.To this day I have no idea why I missed.......

I would get a revolver,a 4in 357 is perfect for what you want to do.Load up with the hottest of 357's for out doors,maybe put a deer down that happens to still be alive when you get to.And use some +p ammo in the gun if you should ever have to defend your self at home.

Saw a doe and 2 little ones just as the sun was coming up,and then nothing for the rest of the day.Wind was blowing pretty good,had to get out of the ladder stand and move to one that is'nt to high.don't know why I even tried the ladder stand.Oh well there is next weekend...
