    I actually drive by this area pretty often going to or coming from hunting and fishing. On days where we don't see a thing in the woods, we'd see 5-6 deer along the saw mill on the way back and think, why can't we hunt here?!<br /><br />There's a few spots where hunting would be possible, and should be allowed.

    I too feel that a free roaming animal cannot be considered farmed, unless we are talking state-wide farming.

    Basically, like a straw purchase. I think there's a difference between a hunter not able to use the DMP tags and signing them over to a buddy, and a spouse that will never hunt yet get tags for the sole purpose of going then away. Is it legal? Probably. Is it ethical? You decide.

    The fluke will always be on the spearing, but can be caught on squid, bunker, shrimp, clam, etc. But word on the street is, spearing supply is short. If fluke is your target, go out there with a couple buck tails and throw on a Gulp! Mullet and bounce it along the sand.

    I don't know about "gave". I'm sure if you ask any of those that "gave" their lives in the line of duty, none of them would say they'd do it again. Firemen on the other hand....

    The rapist is a threat to the community, and the response is to that, not the particular woman being raped or murdered. This basically alleviates any liability to the police that is sworn to protect and serve. It states so pretty clearly in the judge's decision. So unless you have some special relationship or some type of politician, you're better off protecting yourself. And even then, you could get arrested and later sued for injuring the criminal.

    3m has quite a lot of DMP per square mile. But with only one public access. 1c always issues bonus DMP and always has left overs.
