  2. You're in for some butt hurt now threeksnaj. You just offended like 90% of the people that use elephant loads on deer. On another note, if you're really accurate with that 53gr round, you can attempt for a.... Headshot! There, I said it! X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

  5. Yes, mostly Senko's and Mepps Aglia and one on a Walmart spinnerbait. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

  8. Since I don't run rabbits with dogs, I use my air gun. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  9. Looks to be a PCP, and at those grains and muzzle velocity, it's pushing quite a bit of energy. I would be very careful with that kind of power in an urban environment. How's this rifle group at those distances? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  10. Dad clearly said "now now", and kid pulled the "trigger". Both unethical IMO. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  11. Who is this rambling person? He seems more obnoxious than I, didn't think that was possible.... X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  12. [emoji115] ProLines, good people, good times. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  13. Sounds quite like racial profiling to me. Not saying it doesn't happen, but saying fighting this battle with fire may not be the answer. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  14. Thanks for the link phade. I jumped on the tree stand deal you posted a year or two ago, and was happy with it. Unfortunately, it was stolen first season I used it. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  15. No idea who this cop was, but way too young to meet such a demise. Regardless if he was LE or someone in another profession, the killing of another person is no greater or less significant because of what they do. There's obviously inherent risks to any profession, and LE is one of those that has its risks, hence they are entitled to carry a firearm to protect themselves. I would hope that every LEO acknowledges this when they signed up for the force. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  16. Last season, we organized a group with the DEP and cleaned up several reservoirs including Kensico. Not more than 1 winter, and it's trashed and littered with beer cans already. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. I wouldn't be surprised if this statement was true. I feel very sorry for the owner of that beautiful bird. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

    Weights/sinkers

There's no law that prohibits possession I believe. Sale of any lead for purposes of fishing under 1/2 oz is illegal in NYS. Possession is not. Hope this helps. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

  20. They don't officially let you pattern a shotgun there. If you're there onto shoot your slugs, hand guns, or rifles, drop by the small bore and speak with Walt. He might be able to help you out. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  21. Would it be Cabela's down by Woodbury? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  22. I have both, prefer the DNZ X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  23. 17HMR has quite a bit of selection for ammo. You can get the V-Max and its variants, or go with a FMJ and anything in between. There's TNT hollow points and Small Game hollow points as well as non-toxic rounds as well. I've had good results with the small game rounds, as they are essentially hollow TNT hollow points that's filled with extra lead and don't expand as much as the TNT or V-max. The 17HMR really is a precision tool that needs to be used as such. Like said earlier, there's nothing that beats saving meat than a headshot, and the accuracy and flat trajectory of the HMR will deliver. 24. I've only got the Java ferns and miss Jenn has ???? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  25. Test your water for general and carbonate hardness first, then decide on the fish to get based on your findings. NYC has very low of both, and is suitable for Amazonian biotope style fish. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
