Anyone know what % of legal gun owner use their guns in the commission of a crime? I bet it's a real real low number but people like Morgan and Bloomberg don't care about that. To them it's the guns not the criminals. I love it when people from other country's lecture the U.S. on whats wrong with us, especially the ones who left their awsome country to come here. Piers Morgan is just a pompus wad. HIS NAME IS PIERS FOR GOD SAKE!!!!

Bubba... That's funny about the permit thing. I was in the Cicero Gander about a year ago and a guy in his 80's was going nuts on the clerk at the gun counter, over the same thing. I thought they were going to have to call the police to get him to calm down!! He finally stormed out while calling the clerk every name in the book. It was great.

This time of year I go with a Kel-Tec P3AT. It's very similar to the Ruger LCP .380. I can just slip it into the front pocket of my shorts. Very concealable. After summer time (when I'm not showing off my beach bod...BIG LOL) I go with a Kahr MK40. Also very concealable, a hair on the heavy side, because its all steel, but a very reliable well made gun and in .40 cal. Kahr also has a line of very small, light poly framed guns in .380, 9mm and I think .40 . Kahr is a very good gun. Give them a look. Whet ever you decide on make sure it's small and comfortable enough so you'll carry it. Good luck

Growing up Italian I watched my mother and Grandmothers making it for years. I did'nt pay a whole lot of attention but I remember they would cut it into round slices then put a little salt on them. Let it sit for a while. This would draw out alot of the water from the eggplant. Then they would stack the slices, put a cutting board onto of them and put some weight ontop of the board. This would push alot of the water out of the plant. I remember one time watching my grandmother do this and she said "no wet - no oil" Anyway it always came out great, not oily . I dont know......

Herb Phillipsons is'nt bad. Their prices are a little better than dick's. I just wish there was a place, close by, that dealt in used guns and took in trades with out trying to screw people. Alot of guys wont buy a new gun unless they can trade in the old one. Greedy BS is all I can think of.

I was in the store the other day when I saw these Mcorrmick "pot roast" Bake in bags. I never used one before so I started to read the package. You just add a 2-3lb roast, veggies and mix a seasoning packet with a little water, put everything into the bake in bag and bake at 350 for about 2hrs. I tried it the other day with a 3lb venison rump roast. I just added a bay leaf and a splash of beer. It was great. I know everyone likes their own recipes and some may think that this is cheating (thats why I added the bay leaf and beer) but this was really good. I had no left overs, for once.
