A while back me and a few friends went rabbit hunting . I used the mossberg 500 that my dad bought me when I was 15. I hadn't used it in years so I took it out just to give it some play time. The dogs were on fire and we knocked the rabbits dead for the first hour. Then it started to pour out. We cut it short. When I got home I placed the gun, muzzle down, in a corner thinking the water would drain out until I showered and warmed up. The gun fell over, butt first, and cracked the stock at the grip…I since replaced the stock, but it sucked getting rid of the old school original. Dumb ass ….I know...

No..That was selfish and unethical…IMHO. Say you had a shotgun that you knew was worth at least $500. A friend of yours, who had done you a favor, really wanted the gun. You let him have it for $300. You find out that the next day he sold it for $500. Ethical??? Really? You're not pissed and no longer trust this person????? Okay.

I dont hunt pots any more…Last time I did I was around 12. Shot my grandmothers clay flower pots, in her back yard, with my bb gun…She kicked my A$$….LOL!!!!!

Im still waiting to hear what the hell Comrade Bernie is going to do. YEAH…..Thats called SOCIALISM!! Junkie is a socialist. He won't give you any examples of how to lower poverty because socialists have none. Just take from the evil workers and give to the poor non workers who are kept down by the capitalist system. If any of these socialists were serious, they would give most of what they make to charity, sell their homes and get a tiny apartment, sell their cars and use public transportation, or walk, and keep enough of what they earn to just barley get by… How many ball up and do that??? BTW …What is considered "poverty level" in the U.S. is considered middle class or even upper middle class in a lot of countries.

Right..and I think it is very unethical to profit off of someones generosity. The "OH they can afford it" thing just doesn't wash.

I have two summits..those are pretty much all I use. As far as setting up quietly …its hard. I usually set up ahead of time and leave it. If I decide to move the stand, I do it at the end of a hunt and come back to it for the next hunt, so things calm down. The more you use it the quieter you will be. I have been using them a long time and I can climb pretty quiet. As far as packing your stand…put the seat on the ground with the "forks"(the part that grab the tree) pointing away from you. Then slide the base "forks" away from you, onto the seat. The forks of the base should be about 3" above the forks of the seat. Use the seat strap to wrap the angle arms of the seat and base together and tighten..Done

I bet that a lot of employee's have lost their discounts, after employers found out that a few self serving people were reselling for profit.

I give ya credit…I took the ATV out for a look around this morning. I was well doused in off but I still got totally assaulted by bugs. I did manage to check on a couple stands and find a couple full hickory trees that I never noticed before but I didn't last more than a 1/2 hour. DAMN!!!
