    So now there is a Crossbow section, who owns / is getting one? Personally I'm not, I have a bow already,and have $$$ invested already. Plus I just love shooting the thing. I noticed there are not to many archery places that allow crossbow use either.

    I guess it is slightly covered in both spots. I just prefer it be covered specifically in archery if its included in the archery season. Your talking about a huge influx of people that potentially never hunted during archery season with a weapon they may not know the limits on or the dangers of improper handling or usage.

    I'm going to shoot my bow next week, so it better be healed by then I have new arrows and a new sight sitting here staring at me!

    Well good thing its not bow season, I managed to slice my hand open nice an deep last weekend when doing some side work. Stupidly I had a wood (flat style) drill bit in my back pocket. I had to climb up into a loft area to do some work pulling wires, and I went to grab the bit out of my back pocket and slice. Anyways, as I said good thing its not bow season

    I guess I have been fairly lucky. I still hunt with the people that introduce me to the sport, along with my brother and others I have introduced. We have 1 person that no longer hunts with us other then those who have passed on.
