I really think I have a bigger clue than you do. that is why i am fighting it at every level not planning to run away and hide until it goes federal. .I did not say other states did not know about the safe act., I said why do other states have to be concerned about it. Your response totally ducked my point. But I am really beginning to question you motive in this thread anyway. It more seems to me you are here to sabotage than support. -

Why do the gun owners in other states have to be concerned? They do not have the unsafe act. Why not fight it now and bring it to the attention of others and stop it before it gets to that point? That is like saying oh I will fix the brakes on my truck after I get in an accident. Then my neighbors will wake up that I need help changing my brakes. It truly makes no sense. -

That is true this is not the only case, buyt remember the first case said the only unconststutional part was 7 bullets. Both rulings set precedent for future rulings. -

I just got this email this morning News Flash Sorry for the late notification Robert, but things are changing fast. A Preliminary Injunction could be granted on the eve of when NY SAFE would have turned anyone owning a previously legal rifle into a criminal by not registering that rifle with the state by April 15th. In a suit brought by La Reddola, Lester & Associates, LLP under Razzano v Cuomo. Plaintiff alleged that the NY S.A.F.E. Act Violates the Fifth Amendment as it compels individuals to provide information which may incriminate themselves and criminalizes both Failing to Register a Firearm and Possessing an Unregistered Firearm. Violation of the Second Amendment upon Failure to Register or an Unchallengeable Determination of “Ineligibility” The Fourth Amendment by Mandating Searches and Seizures, without Warrant or Probable Cause as well as the Fourteenth New York State Second Amendment Coalition by Failing to Provide for Notice and Pre-Deprivation Hearing, a Method of Correcting Misinformation in the Database, or a Method of Retrieval for Seized Property in Violation or Due Process of Law. A decision could be coming as soon as tomorrow. Monday April 14th 2014. Check with La Reddola, Lester & Associates, LLP under Razzano v Cuomo. or SCOPENY.org for details. This could happen fast. Or the court could decide to do nothing. Be advised that if the court decides to stop the database, we, (SCOPE) will be asking you to email the leadership of the legisltaure to Repeal the NY SAFE Act. -
Defending his rights or avoiding taxes?
bubba replied to Elmo's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
More to it than that. Watch in a couple weeks when we hear on Friday afternoon the dictatoe in Washington signed a bunch more executive orders Friday afternoon taking away more rights while the world was watching Nevada. Just a distraction. Did you ever know the Govt to back down even when they were wrong. -
No it was not me. Probably Larry Kring. I did not make it to Massena I had to work. I have them in Heuvelton. I will also have them at the rally in Gouverneur this Saturday as well as in Massena at the rally on 5/31. I also supply Gray's gun shop and Hilltop in Morley.

That depends on where you are in the state. In the Northern zone where it seems common sense prevails, the last week of archery is also muzzleloading also. No one gets killed, people still get deer. Things change.

Not really. A lot of people will buy the ml tag who do not use a ml to use the crossbow. Plus in the classes now, there is a crossbow part in both archery and gun started this year. If people want to use one either way they had to buy a privilege. If they could not get into an archery class, they could not use it and not buy an archery privilege. They will sell more tags this way and make more money as anyone can buy a ml privilege right now.

That was a false flag. While we all sat and watched that, I am willing to bet the emperor in Washington penned some more crap we will hear about in another week. Always seems to happen late on a Friday afternoon. Then suddenly Saturday the feds back down. A victory as it seems was a set up. -

More like a plant attitude. No need for them no one will band together. Sounds like propaganda. Come to my neck of the woods and see how fast people will band together. My group is over 600 strong and we will be together until the end. And that is in the sticks of NY.
