    I use the same tactics rather hunting a large area or a smaller spot. I like to find tracks or deer droppings all the things that point to deer being there. The river is always good, it can also mask some noise if you happen to find a decent spot near by. Good part you have plenty of time to see how things look threw out the off season. Couple trailcams would be great. Goodluck.

    Well not for nothing a lot of people hunt coyote with 22. so pending on what caliber he is using is really were the answer lies . Still good to see the regs.. Good post.

    You can use the 10 round mag, just max load 7 for the sake of saving yourself some BS from the law.

    That video was far less worse than I thought it would be after 30 pages of non sense lol.. If I saw that right, not one of them deer lived longer than a minute after getting shot. With a shotgun shooting deer on the run is my thing.. BUT ,, That was some good shooting. Not like he blew the deers leg off and let it hop away while trying for the next one. Everyones opinion is different but im sure we could find videos that are way worse.

    Yup were beat.. I tried ordering some ammo for the mosin before I had to come into work tonight at CheaperThanDirt.com and they said they couldn't ship to NY. Such a shame. I can't wait to get out of this sh!t hole police state !!
