  1. Lots of nice bucks on this thread! Good luck folks!
  2. Not only do you wrongfully defame me, you also shoot all the close dogs when we hunt together. With friends like you .....
  3. Not sure but pottery barn accepted the dented box return. I did think it was heavy enough that it didn’t need a ratchet strap. Wrong. And I never heard it fly out nor could I see it with the folded tonneau covering the rear window.
  4. I know I mentioned the story before, but I had a CZ premium 30-06 returned to me after it fell off my truck when I forgot to put it INSIDE of the vehicle (rental) when driving to the range (yes very dumb). Also had a chandelier returned when it blew out of my truck bed in its box (never knew until I got to the store where I was planning to return it). Wasn't even damaged! My view is that more often than not people try to do what is right. BTW - neither person would accept a reward despite my insistence.
  5. I hear Michael Cohen has time nowadays. You may have to wait a few months for him to really focus on this important matter however. He has been detained.
  6. Very kind of Terry to bring the tow strap and air. I noticed that he stayed in the truck while I went back in to hook up the tow strap to the tractor 2 feet from the nest. Heroic is all I can say!
  7. Happy to say that my forearms are back to "normal" size. Still itchy but at least I don't have to cut the sleeves on my shirts!
  8. Keep at it. It ain't easy beeing (see what I did there) a wasp hunter!
  9. I am not sure. I am opposed to food plots. The deer around me seem to disagree.
  10. Here come the food plot comments.
  11. Nice job Bob. Good call on the Moras. Not sure you could find a better knife for the money.
  12. Sounds familiar. My forearms look like Popeyes now.
  13. Pulled it away after attaching tow strap. Moving slowly so as not to incite the jackets was not easy. But all good. Tire repaired and trails cut. Two stings was a blessing. Could have been way worse. Thanks for all the ideas.
  14. Probably a better call but I want to get this done today. That said, I was stung twice. Don’t really want a third.
  15. With the front tire of my tractor while cutting trails this morning. They really have quite the sting. Now to figure out how to move the tractor with the front tire flat and loose on the rim while it sits next to the nest. Perfect storm. Do I really want this tractor back that badly. Maybe they should have it. Lol waiting in the Jeep while they calm down a bit. I hope!
  16. Sorry for laughing but knowing you are OK that sounds exciting and funny as heck. The spike won, for once!
  17. Had 4 different sparing sessions on the plot cam over the last 5 days and most are now hard horned.
  18. I am sure a lot of white flash and IR cams can be had cheap that do the job. The question is really whether you think non-glowing blackflash is better and worth a bit more. Not too much that is cheap in that category. Going today to replace the current cam and try the amazon one on my plot.
  19. I can loan you some blinds if you need them. Primos doubles.
  20. Don't forget we need to sight in two guns for participants before 10/1! Have fun Bob!
  21. Horse is pretty good but I would go with whatever is the local dish!
