  1. Thus, I am going to a class to paint a portrait with her today. It will likely be a masterpiece - NOT! But Ana is thrilled.
  2. We represent a supplier to Remington. They have filed with a prepackaged plan that essentially includes paying 100 percent of all current outstanding debt and an infusion of new capital (via a transfer of ownership). They don't think they are going anywhere.
  3. Can you get your truck back there? Maybe a chain and your truck.
  4. Really sad. Prayers for the family and shooter. I don't understand how anyone shoots at a target that is not CLEARLY identified.
  5. Bionic Taking the time to educate all of us on this is really neat. I assume the sensors inside adjust grip based on your movement of muscle? If you don't mind me asking, how is the prosthetic held in place? Not knowing a thing about this, that would be my first concern.
  6. Thanks for showing me the ropes and sharing dirt. We will get it done! Maybe out this way!
  7. Got new optics and a mount with a small rail on the rings that i can just attach the light via a quick release. Easy enough to swap between guns with the flip of a lever.
  8. Doubt that. But night hunting the yotes is flat out fun, even though I haven't killed one yet.
  9. Quite comical isn't it. Or not having a flash suppressor or a collapsible stock. I see how restricting all these features keeps the public safe. They never really interested me before, but I am kind of excited about getting it in. I can see it being great fun to plink with too!
  10. Still working on that first yote, but we were awful close twice on Friday (thanks Treeguy). And after stopping at DDS ranch, I caved and ordered a new AR. Don't need it but should be fun. Went with the Stag 15 Fluted Varminter. Match trigger, heavy 20" fluted stainless barrel. Reviews say accuracy is very very good. The only change I had to make to it to keep it legal was a spur vs pistol grip. I can always pin the mag if I don't like the spur and go back to a pistol grip but the spur is an easy modification to keep it legal. So now I will have two legit varmint rifles. I just need a darn varmint, but I am confident that it will happen soon. Lots of fun out there regardless!
  11. Yep Bionic, love to hear how it goes on this one. I think its awesome that you don't let it hold you back at all!
  12. Hard not to picture Nomad with two kings looking like aquaman skiing the dolphins from the old cartoons. Impressive is an understatement.
  13. Good advice but what is a salmon skier? I have a hard enough time netting them let alone standing on them!
  14. I too am in the let it go camp. She will come back to it if she likes it. If not, she will be relieved she got it off her chest and you aren’t pushing. Also, be sure to find something else that she likes you can do together. Good luck. Parenting ain’t easy
  15. My bill for last month with 4gig data was $135 for 2 phones. As an FYI.
  16. I have always stuck with Verizon but they do the same thing treating new customers better.
  17. Its a ranch so I can get about 23-24yds at an angle. I love it. Can shoot the bow year round at reasonable hunting ranges.
  18. Very true. But there are guys that can do unbelievable things with a stick and string that don't make near that. Levi must be a self-marketing genius too.
  19. $4mm for being a good shot with a bow. What the heck am I doing wrong!
