my fiance is a Realtor so she had this house that had an accepted offer but the buyer lost his job so could not move forward. she knew the offer and we came in at that got accepted and we also got a 2.5% kick back from buying the house since she represented us as our agent. First house we looked at we bought lol. which in retrospect i prob wouldn't have done if i could do it over but the house is completely changed since we bought it and is amazing...

they do that to get you to come down and look at the house...

i have a modified choke tube on my 12 and at 20 yards it patterns about a 10" circle.

you can choose not to sign in if you wish as you may want to come back and participate and get to know people... one thing to learn is that all forums are pretty much the same and things you may have encountered here you will encounter else where. Not everyone will agree and sometimes some may call you out on things. i would take it with a grain of salt...

that is a good possibility if it had some velvet on... if it looks pretty rubbed out then i would say no. i dont think does that sport a rack have been known to rub it, the velvet usually stays on.

oh, i did find the remains of a little yearling deer in field near the apple trees. wonder if it was bedded up near them and was ambushed by some hungry yotes...

i have to call the town first thing tomorrow for having the ditch pipe dropped off and then the driveway can go in. i also plan on doing some timbering and getting some hemlock out, its everywhere and its thick... its creating to much of a canopy and doesn't let much light in for new growth. i figured id also try planting some wild plumb in hopes of creating some thicket ares for future deer bedding. has anyone planted them? i order seedling so ill see how long it takes to grow up... i took a bunch of before pics and once its done ill post before and afters up. apple trees look like they are budding up nice. i bought a bunch of miricle grow sticks and hammered them around about 8 apple trees putting in about 4-5 each tree. i relaized i have about 30 trees and will need alot more sticks lol

where abouts upstate are you that you recently had snow?

and thats guys! im excited to start doing things up there, i live for this stuff so its not work for me, i enjoy every moment of it! Feels good to be doing things to something i own finally.
