PLUS...500 rebate for buying 6+ appliances so giving our son his share...we got the micro wave range hood for free...plus a whole lot of points to buy x mas gifts on Amazon....and...The original sale prices at the beginning of this sale when we researched and decided what we wanted...had more money taken off...So waiting to order until the last few days saved us even more $$$...

I invite you to read the regulation book, as I Have it states you are not allowed to " discharge " with in a specified distance from a specified type of structures. Not that your bullet can not pass with in... with the one exception.. your bullet may not pass over a road.

Mr B.'s at Leows buying us a new dish washer a new over the range direct vent convection microwave, and a new freezer. we have two that, wait...knock on wood, work fine but suck energy... so we are replacing one and giving it to our son until he stops dumping $$$ into the remodel...and our daughter a new range...belated house warming ...though hers is at Sams club. Thank heavens for sales...LOL

back in... couldn't get my eyes to stop watering from cold wind and my butts cold...pants actually froze.... Observation they are not listening to ^^.... He was more than likely shooting during that time that many here think is just fine light to shoot in.. also that arch and white line isn't where he was actually standing...what they said was he could have been anywhere on the red arch. which has him LEGALLY shooting in the direction of buildings.. That is LEGAL according to NYS...unless he shoots over a road or is closer than 500ft. Want to know when it's not legal, assuming well with in legal shooting light? When some one or some thing gets a bullet in them.... then all of a sudden it's no longer legal it's, reckless endangerment..ect..ect...

Don' take phone out until light. It's dang cold and breezy here. Someone was trigger happy north of me and one west. have to stand,unless I move..Seat had Ice and wet leaves..cleaned best then put cushion down. Cushion soaked through. True on orange ...BUT...reason all stands now have orange...I got down from my stand ..one,with a clear view of one of the Butts that shot across the farmers land well over two yards from their stand to shoot that 12 pt.just off my line. He was in brand new neon Orange...I got to the bottom of ladder and had no view of him.. down hill from me, even though he was in a ladder stand Golden rod and a honey suckle Bush blocked the view..If I could not see him..I'm sure he couldn't see me.. and a deer could have ran across the field out of the pines in front of me at anytime. It should be illegal to shoot towards houses period...it should be illegal to shoot towards blocks of Orange or now pink. It should be illegal to shoot past posted signs.. Oh and no it is not right now..it's just illegal to walk across without permission.

She was on her own property walking not hunting Though I won't even go get the mail with out an orange hat on...my dogs all wear orange collars and now all my stands have 2 1/2 x2ft strips of Hunter orange tacked to the trees above my head..

Regardless...if a person has a bear come to a bird feeder,or garbage in their yard .... they can get ticketed..So I would think putting out dog,cat,deer pellets..ect. ect..into the woods would get a person a ticket...

No hunting today but I did take a midday perimeter walk to install my hunting orange fleece..found the water bottle I hung in a stand last week...checked the cams and had two different day time buck..no doe.

WOW..have you read the comments?...people are mad at authorities. " whoa whoa..you stood truck and there are charges, shoot a woman walking her dogs and no charges" Etc...ect..ect...

FIRST condolences to the family.. Now let me address this...Sherman on that date was a close of 4:55 legal NYS close...Now cue all the guys on here that think 30 mins before and 30 mins after legal sunset should be Ok for shooting ......Then consider these responses Then consider that with rifles and scopes just a slight dip in terrain could hide a person behind a deer..and low light..when a shooter s concentrating on cross hairs on a deer..how many seconds do you settle that sight in before shooting...allowing for someone to slip in behind the deer unknowing...yep thinking many don't think.

Shock and or legs could be broken..or a spinal injury.. liver so loss of blood to a slow bleed could have it immobile....

I watched a deer get hit and flip through the air over two cars like a piece of cardboard...when I got to it , I and another driver pulled over...the Deer was as you described.. When we approached it, it popped up and ran away..the van that hit it never stopped and the deer landed far from the strike...and there was no blood nor hair.

Did you ever consider it had been stuck by a car? You call the cops and they come and put it out of it's misery..then ask for a recovery tag...
