    Although my last 3 deer came from the ground with a bow while walking ,i don't prefer to hunt that way , a good hunter should be able to read a situation and set up accordingly ,something that i'm still working on every season . A great hunter can read a situation and kill a mature deer quickly ,not spend hours and hours sitting in the woods waiting for an opportunity , i am neither good or great but i aspire to be someday. Turkey are not big game but they manage to give even great hunters a fit so that gives them some serious street cred.

    I forget mine every year , luckily my mother in law is a sweet heart and sends us both a text message saying happy anniversary.

    I'll get out this Saturday , my first year actually hunting for turkeys has been successful which clearly makes it enjoyable . It was nice to get that rush not during deer season.

    At the rate the neighbors are shooting birds you guys should be the only ones with tags left. I have a feeling tomorrow is the day , keep your finger on the tactacam.

    I think i paid 100 for a decent sized silver maple , the issue i had was the guy didnt remove enough of the chips and put dirt over them ,it took a few years to get grass to grow there ,most of what grew in is weeds though.

    I cut my raspberry and blackberry down to 18 inches before the season ,the raspberry are really starting to get some leaves going ,also the runners are coming up everywhere ,i have to take some out.

    I put a bag over my new blueberry bushes last night ,the other fruits are plenty established to withstand a frost.

    I understand the governor can't oversee every facet of the inner workings of the state and a good leader would appoint a qualified individual to handle individual sectors ,it sure seems like there has been a serious breakdown on many different levels during this whole process . It just makes you realize how bad the leadership is leading up to this .

    The governor was more concerned with building a fancy bridge to put his dads name on ,or lining up the lawyers to pay with tax dollars to harass the NRA .

    One of the first questions asks if you are out of work due to the corona virus ,obviously answer yes . If you answer no then you are considered just a normal unemployment case .

    Social security numbers should never be sent in the mail , i can't understand for the life of me what is going on .

    My most recent check was released today ,if it doesnt show up in my account tomorrow i have to assume that the breach of security has messed with bank account routing.

    You guys are fancy , we used an outhouse and a shower bag until the camp got sold. We brought jugs of water with us every trip to keep the holding tank topped off.
