There is zero chance that a saddle set up is faster then my climber.

I've heard more then a few times that a logging site will have its share of deer visitors not long after the branches hit the ground . Not much to be pissed about.

I work with a couple guys who know his father . The story i was told is ,a guy fell out of the tree while hanging a tree stand and broke his leg ,this kid asked for permission to hunt the stand since his leg was busted and shot this deer.

You don't have to but its recommended to shoot with a shorter flame channel .

That gun might not be able to handle the increased breech pressure from blackhorn .

Curious how you get 20 feet up a tree with 6 screw In steps.

Here's my set up ,mine stays locked at 100g ,drop a round in the tube and pour in the powder. Stick it in the rubber holder ,rinse and repeat. I switched to a federal 209 shot primer with the Blackhorn also.

I highly recommend the switch . I prefill a few tubes and keep them in my pocket, it's as easy as taking a tube and dumping it in and pushing the round to the bottom. Never any cleaning between shots. You'll feel the difference in your shoulder the first time you shoot it.

When I first got into muzzleloading I used pellets ,I could hardly even set the round for a second shot without cleaning . You said you cleaned everything so is it possible that the propellant has picked up some moisture somehow? It really doesn't make sense that gun stopped shooting the same recipe that it liked before. Those accura are a sweet set up . I have 2 cva myself that shoot so nice.

Also the stabilizer strap help to secure the top and bottom together very tight with no movement or noise on the walk ,or at least on my timbertall they do.

I like the stabilizer straps for attaching the top and bottom for the climb as well. Many years ago I had a cheap climber and during a hunt while adjusting the bottom portion,it fell to the ground leaving me a good 12 feet in the air.

In the end ,people like you and I are hunters and they are trying to push some marketing agenda on us. I'm sorry if you don't see them exploiting the hunting community for likes and money ,that's just the truth of it.

I'm not bashing , i just said i was sick of getting bombarded with the model/hunters on social media . I'm not falling for what they are pushing.

It's nice to see an actual female hunter , im really sick of the Drury girl and the others just like her ,the ones who have never picked a set or hunted by themselves a day in their life .

I saw the buck I was looking for this morning at my secondary spot . I typically like to give a toot or 2 on the grunt tube before first light when the bucks are doing their last movements for the morning . This dude came straight through the middle of the open field with the wind ,he kept stopping and looking around turning his head to check the wind . I circled the tree hee was behind ,maybe another 30 feet and he would have been 30-35 yards . He changed the script and turned his direction straight into the woods . Sucks watching them walk away. You can see him approaching in the center of the pic.

Just took a shower , head to my secondary spot for a sit til noonish. Hoping to maybe fill a doe tag today , my freezer cant be running efficiently with one of the shelves empty.
