As far as the rust comments ,if you have a truck that is still rust free,get that SOB sprayed with rust away. I have a 2005 cavalier that gets driven in the winter and it is basically rust free, I only had it sprayed once when we first got it about 8 years ago.

After reading this yesterday ,I asked my buddy who services back up generators for large factories,schools ,etc. He said he had a bunch more questions, but the obvious things to try are making sure it's not starving for fuel,spark plug . Is it struggling to run stuff that it could run before? A compression test could tell if the engine is tired . I myself feel like it could be fuel related. I have a compression tester if you need to go that route ,you can borrow it or stop over with the geny and check it.

I saw one awhile back that was really well done , it was a euro mount and the antlers transformed into a tree and in the tree was a bow hunter at full draw .

I still remember when a sight was basically a bent piece of sheet metal with slots in it ,the pin was an 8-32 screw with a ball on the end.

It's a tricky situation ,the handyman is going to try and paint a negative picture of you. Hopefully his temper comes out in front of them and you look like the better man . Another thought would be to get the new owners a gift certificate for a near by restaurant, kind of welcome to the neighborhood/thanks for letting me hunt gift . He kind of has an "in" on you already . Edit: make sure to get in the question if they eat venison or not , that could also gain you some edge . -
It's the first thing I look at , from there I bring the pin over the target as I extend my release finger. Once the pin hits my Mark for the first time ,I start saying the days of the week backwards from Sunday until my pin has settled ,then it's a slow squeeze.

My buddy got a 16 silverado Denali, 4 trips to the shop already for what he says is a funky transmission.

That was a crazy day ,the whole day felt like being In dream land. So much bad stuff and my brain just couldn't take in just how bad it was. So many people lost loved ones that day ,very sad.

I just remember other wet summers when the temp. ramped up when it was time to start hunting.

Something tells me we are going to get a heat wave for the start of the season,I just have a feeling.

I can usually go with no gloves all day and not get cold hands , my problem is my feet get really cold ,to the point they hurt. I found using the hand warmers or even better the sore muscle patches on my back over my kidney really help my body to keep circulating blood to my feet .

Those are the low speed tracks on erie ave. we grew up putting pennies on those tracks and you could always find them since the train went so slow.

We had an old guy that would let us clear all the chestnuts we could carry from his yard to take in the woods and have chestnut wars.

Same here for the spot we hunt ,i have to get tags for 9h and take doe from there. All we have during gun season is doe and yet we haven't had tags for probably at least 8 years.

I go out of the stand , I usually hold it In to the point where you get that quick body shake ,followed by an involuntary, ahhhhh.
