    I saw the usual one on 16 this morning on my way home but they didn't have the road blocked ,it was the voluntary one they have had for years.

    I still look at the smaller trees around my stand and wonder if I could jump onto one and ride it to the ground . Maybe 20 years ago I would go live it a shot.

    I gave my dad first dibs on that pine field I was nearly trampled in last night . This will be his last year hunting before he becomes a snowbird so I'm really hoping he gets a buck out there.

    The dog just came in the dog door covered in snow ,it's snowing in friendship.

    Decided to try a thick over grown pine field that I've been seeing a few lanes through . Doe everywhere ! And no tags . I almost got ran/walk on 4 times ,I had 4 different doe within 15 feet of me while sitting on the ground against a tree. So much excitement for a few hours sit.

    What kind of muzzle loader is it ? You might find one of has the same one and can pass the recipe on for what works good.

    I know exactly what you mean , I've always been kind of jealous of the hunting camp thing on opening weekend. I've never been at a true hunting camp before ,it seems like it would an absolute blast.

    Zero response from it this year ,to be honest,the only time I ever had any of those work was when code blue first came on the market . Ever calm is my new product I won't hunt with out.
