Any of you ever jumped out of a perfectly good airplane ? The wife just left to pick up her sister and head over to frontier skydiving for her first time. She didn't want to get a video because it was like an extra 100 bucks , i told her we've waisted 100 bucks on worse things and she should get it on video.

My stands get put up based on where i see the deer and signs when im out hunting , i put up cameras to see what is around when im not there. I'll put my cell cam out where my stand is and then i have 2 more about 100-200 yards from my stand. We already know where the deer travel ,i just like to see whats around when we're not there.

I get my pictures texted straight to my phone ,no more in and out of the hunting area. Thanks phade!

I would love to, I just don't have the time to drive 2 hours to watch the deer move , I just look for heavy trails and set cameras nearby and trails leading to the heavier traffic area. So that's a no for me.

Haha, only a woman would notice finger prints on a plate containing a monster slab of meat, if the waitress came out and just threw the steak on the table most guys wouldn't even notice there was no plate until they were half done eating it.

I think gas was just under a dollar when I started driving , it was cheap enough that I didn't care what spilled out from behind the license plate when I stood on the nova with a full tank.

I was doing some shooting tonight and out of the half dozen Easton Axis i just bought ,3 of the wraps have pulled back over the nocks , the guy i bought them from will fix them at no cost but maybe stay away from the Axis.

I ran manual lathe/mill/surface grinder my first 5 years and then went on to start building plastic injection molds ,used the manuals as well as the haas and 3 axis sinker and learned mastercam along the way to program and design . I was fortunate enough to work in a small job under 2 really smart guys while I was doing my apprenticeship.

I bought a half dozen easton axis a few months ago ,I've had a few blazers fall off and I just had one that the wrap slid back over the nock. I love my hexs but my for next hunting arrow I'm gonna something other then the axis.

I'm in the machine trades also ,not many places using a 5 axis in this area.

I just got back from talking with Jeff . I was there when he did his checks on the bow ,including through paper ,so im confident the bow isn't the problem , my arrows were hitting the same each shot so i can safely remove the archer as the problem , my homework was to return to the range with numbered arrows and weed out the ones that wander from the rest . The next step is to start indexing nocks and see if that corrects the problem ,if it does then he'll strip and refletch those arrows to keep the cock side inline with the rest. Thanks for the responses so far guys ,ill post back after i get some shooting in.

Ya ,it's because they're out of season ,heck you could invite one inside for dinner right now and they would show up, it's once hunting season starts that they disappear.

I don't really enough info gathered to determine what the actual problem is just yet . Here's a quick run down so far , i took 2 bows to the range , the Pure which hits a half dollar at 40 yards no problem , now the problem bow , i just got a 2015 Elite I 31, i realized i only 3 arrows to shoot , 2 arrows would always hit high at 30 yards and one was dead on , i didn't have a marker to number the arrows (guess i could have kept the good shooter seperate) Next time ill bring more arrows , i also lost the bottom limb damper and need to get the new one on still .
