I'd imagine they get blown around pretty good in the wind.

Don't know to be honest. Don't care either....... If someone will do it for a ten spot that'd be great. I think I only did one deal like this and it was just after the Safe Act started and I just don't recall? I'm sure somebody will chime in, LOL.

MINT Smith & Wesson 642-1 for sale local, Buffalo area. If you want this and have a Erie County or Niagara County (as long as we can find a FFL to do the deal) Pistol Permit, $300 takes it but you pay the the FFL fee. I figured on having Wolcott Guns do the deal if Erie County, I think they charge $35 I'm willing to use another FFL within reasonable traveling distance. Comes with original box, paper work and lock.........VERY low round count.

No, DON'T log it. If you're going to sell in a year (no BS, really sell it) then don't monkey with it. I'd get a value from a forester and add that to the asking price. -
Exciting stuff Dan. Where was the Mrs when all the coppper stuff went down?

I've exceeded my daily limit of "likes"....... LIKE.........................

Oh I lusted for one in the 70's too. I can still picture the ads in Outdoor Life and other rags. I had to suffer with my 2nd hand Winchester 69A and a measly 5 shot magazine.

No sales commission due on the "other" site of course and not near the views as GB but all good. Neat guns!

I’ve only killed one and it was close to 30 years ago. My yellow lab Krista and I worked our tails off in the process.

I was working on Lake Ontario (Wilson/Olcott area) Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I honestly couldn't take pictures Monday as the wind was howling and it was COLD!! I thought with the tears in my eyes that my contacts were going to blow out......... Here are Wednesday morning and Friday morning pics. Quite a difference!

I'm pretty sure this will be the fourth spring for this friendship. How it's lived with coyotes, fox, fisher and countless others looking to make a meal out of it I'll never know. I've posted pics before of this interaction and I hope it doesn't bore you. The last two times down to my buddies my wife has been with me and she enjoys it too. Yesterday two times it flew into the back of my wife and I (actually physically hitting us) when we would pull away on the 'wheeler. I have video from my phone of one such "drive by" but it's to long for here. I swept the snow off this limb and got it to walk up to me..... It has landed on the machine numerous times but I can never get my phone out in time. Today I did..... 15-20 seconds is about all it will hang out for before jumping down..........

Nice going Al, what bullet did you settle on and how about your wife's ? You must have a pile of pork, let us know how you like it.

I tried to get some quality outdoor time yesterday with my wife but those big, wet snowflakes made things kind of lousy. Today sure is nice.......

All response above are accurate. I’ve had a Honda for 5-6 years that I purchased second hand and it has been great.

More information needed, I haven’t paid attention to WTF you are doing in Iceland. I have to admit that the ballbag has me wondering if I should even ask any questions.....

I could be wrong (yes, the fumes again) on the name, easily. Tell me it wasn't a cool smell?

I though the Mrs. was tickling you with that little weed. I like the knife..........

You really haven't a clue on who you are talking to, do you? -
Two (ok three) questions: What knife is that and why is it there? Who's critters in the second picture and WHERE was that??

Remember the smell of "copies" right off the Xerox machine? That purple-ish colored ink and that awesome smell?? That's going back 50 years to elementary school. (funny thing, I spelled "elementary" school wrong and spell check showed me. Probably the fumes from that ink monkied up my brain?)

From the web...... Colorado Bank Won't Stop Giving Guns To Depositors OTHER NEWS TO NOTE - WEST January 7, 1994 BOULDER, COLO. — Bank of Boulder President Steve Bosley says he has no plans to stop the promotion that offers customers guns for certificates of deposit. The bank has offered expensive Weatherby and Browning shotguns and rifles in lieu of interest on long-term certificates of deposit since 1976. The promotion has netted nearly $30 million in deposits. About 12,000 guns have been distributed. ''You have to look at what kind of guns these are,'' Bosley said Wednesday. ''These are very large, very expensive guns used for hunting and target practice. . . . You can't carry them into a liquor store for a holdup.'' -

My father and his buddy (the fellow who's land I hunt) did that same deal Dan.......back in 1976 or 77?? They both got the Grade 6 Citori in 20ga and both still own them. My father hunted his quite a bit for pheasant, quail (Mississippi) partridge, dove (Pennsylvania) and even a little duck. Although it is an engraved gun with gold inlay I'm so happy he used it hard and didn't make it a safe queen. It has screw in chokes; does your Dan? I always thought that was as cool of a thing as possible for a bank to do. CD's paid off with GUNS instead of cash!!
