Done what, Lawdwaz? Cut my lawn for exercise. SAY WHAT? It really didn't need it as it was just a bunch of weds that were getting ugly. It hasn't been cut in darn near a month. I was feeling kind of sluggish today so figure a good 60 minutes of humping the mower around might be good for me. It was a dumb idea...................

Later this month or early next month the wife & I are going to Tupper Lake for a few nights. We want to see Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain for sure but do you guys have anything else you can tell me about that we might be interested in? Places to eat that you like ? Sporting goods (GUNS!) stores of note? Old Forge? It's been 30 years since I've been up that way and that was a deer hunt that didn't pan out...................... TIA

Good question! I was trying to pack as much fun into a day away from home and the .22 shooting was just part of a quick 20-30 casts into my friends farm pond, retrieval/reloading of 4 trail cam cards and visiting with my friend then getting home in time to make dinner.

Bunny patrol....(who needs a beagle?) Snow day, no school!.... Another day on the job.... Happy Birthday Pup! She's been a great dog and is still in great shape, considering her age. Her ears are poor, eyes fair but her heart and drive are A+.......

I fished the River this morning for a few hours. Got an early start start and things were slow again. Never caught a smallmouth but did luck into a decent eating size walleye. It's probably the one turkeyfeathers daughter tossed back. Naaa, this one was 22", hers was bigger I think. I was using hard shell crabs and was drifting in the fast lane of the shipping channel in 25' of water. Dumb luck works for me.
