If anyone likes venison with a little Asian twist, take some stew or chunk meat, saute with garlic and a hint of red chili flakes. Add a dash of Soy Sauce and cook to your liking.
Take a couple tables spoons of peanut butter or tahini, thin the peanut butter with a little warm water or veg oil.
Add sauce last minute of cooking to coat. Serve over rice or Asian noodles.
