  1. I believe the stock is inleted as described on their site for that particular model. Are you saying it differs from each firearm?
  2. I have thought about lowering the scope, but that is not an option due to ejection reasons. I have watched videos on bedding a stock, that doesn't seem to difficult. I may just try this and hope the accuracy remains the same.
  3. Yeah I think that it is relatively new. I am just worried about the accuarcy. I have bullets touching at a 100 yards with this gun. As the old saying goes if it isn't broke don't fix it. I would just really like to get that monte Carlo type stock as the scope sits high.
  4. Is anyone familiar with their stocks? From what I have researched they seem to be a very nice replacement for the money. I am looking at replacing my crappy savage stock on my 220 slug gun for the prairie hunter stock. I would like to have that higher cheek weld and obviously the nicer look. The gun is already a tack driver, and I'm assuming the accuracy would be better. Has anyone heard of accuracy getting worse after changing out a stock?
  5. Did E.T. Last year. Did Jesus tonight lolll
  6. I used the thinks last year on a tampon and dragged it in a couple hundred yards to my stand then hung it up. Not twenty minutes later a buck came cruising in right on the line I took. Another half hour later another small buck came in and hung around sniffing it for a good 10 minutes. I'd say it worked that day.
  7. A doe that was taken on a deer drive with my friends. My friend and I were set up kneeling in the snow waiting for the pushers to move toward us. A few minutes later I saw the doe get up out of the hedgerow and began running right toward us. She veered off slightly, but was running perfectly broadside to us. He fired off a round, missed her. I fired off a round and missed. I fired off a second one and hit her right at the base of the neck/shoulder. Dropped her right in the snow at about 70 yards with the 1300 smooth bore. It was a great day.
  8. Heck yeah I peed on them before/ started my own pee scraps in the woods and they were hit several times thought out the season.
  9. I hunt a piece of land that is 7 acres tops... There is a main trail that runs through a swampy section of the woods.. I have seen some of the biggest bucks ever in that corner of the small 2 acres of woods/swamp. You just have to put some time in to figure out the property.
  10. They already do at my Walmart! Well worms haha
  11. Mike you stated number 7 shot size for everything but geese? I've never heard of that can you elaborate.
  12. Exactly.. Its definitely becoming a new addiction for me.. I've hunted the late season the past couple years and it was a blast. I am looking forward to taking some time off to hunt ducks and geese this early season.
  13. Nice..I'm looking forward to hunting this early season coming up... I have a nice swamp/flooded timber spot that I have only deer hunting but have heard and seen them pouring in in the past. Hoping that there are some woodies in there. I havnt seen any ducks flying but I'm starting to see the geese moving now.
  14. Nice... Where were you hunting/ what type of terrain
  15. That's a beauty... Love em high and tight
  16. I went into my stand last night to hunt and someone tampered with my strap( I have never seen one just undo and become as loose as this one was) it was almost as if someone wanted me to fall out of the tree. I was pretty pissed and had to mess with it for a few minutes prior to hunting. I especially made a point to see if any of the straps were sliced.
  17. It's funny to me that at my one particular spot I've seen, and shot more bucks with high temps than low temps ( Im talking 60+).... For some reason I seem to see less activity when the weather drops a significant amount.
  18. Yeah they look pretty good Im thinking about ordering some
  19. Cool video.. Nice shooting! What decoys you running the avery full body's?
  20. 50 lb bear grizzly..shooting easton axis tipped with muzzy phantoms
