being retired doesn't mean you should have all the free time in the world either. I know my old man is constantly active as I plan to be some day. The second you "give up", your body isn't too far behind. I've been her since 2012. Not much has changed and it's not very different from other boards I'm on. It's just that this board is a little smaller and has taken on a little bit of a hunting camp culture. I haven't had a chance to go to Buffalo for GTG, but would try and do one in Rochester some day. It doesn't really bother me that I don't have intimate relationships with some of the members here. Your constant objection to the click makes you come off like one of the unpopular kids from high school who hates the popular kids for no other reason than that they're popular. Give it a rest, we'll all be interested in turkeys in March, just because you're not getting a ton of replies or likes to your writeups doesn't mean they're not valuable and we're not enjoying them. yeah there was some comment about a summer home? Generally speaking, affluent busy people don't have time to troll and lie. Those that lie and pretend are generally miserable people who wish they lived a different life.

i love the mesh seats and that's all we buy now. No frozen snow and ice build up or wet butt cushions. Easier to fold up and lean against a tree too.

that's an odd one. I have a gerber machete and a few gerber multi-tools and have had no issues. Have found them useful for basic tasks and priced as such. For a sweet ass filet or field knife I'd look for something a little better as it's most likely a life long tool and even a hand me down.

some sites i've been on where members don't go quietly can do an IP ban. So unless he goes to the public library or other options that I wont mention so he doesn't know about it, it would restrict him from creating any accounts from his home... or cave or under whatever bridge he is posting from.

there are some ways to prepare nutria that people really enjoy. There's even a restaurant in Texas that serves it and people love it. It is indeed one of those animals that needs to be prepared the right way though.

yeah bag limits are usually pretty generous. Pigs are fun, but be warned that there really isn't a good way to determine a good eater. Some smell and you dont know that and they taste like they smell and others are delicious. As you said, shoot em all is what the regs recommend anyhow. Another thing I just thought of. Up north, your worst fear in the woods if falling and maybe a momma bear and her cubs. Down south there's lots of shit that can kill you. Pack a mini first aid kit with a snake kit and if it's not too late, some snake gaiters aren't the worst investment either. maybe you can borrow some from the family.
