I don't have a daily, but all 3 cars have the essentials sans firearms. If I had the chance, I'd hightail it to the adirondacks and the solar powered cabin. pretty isolated and everything we need to survive except food. and we can hunt that.

maybe you should look into email to fax. Plenty of services that use the service but through the net, similar to voip. did you see guards there? I've heard all the offices have guards now lol

haha not at all. I was listening to a podcast at the gym yesterday "this american life". Specifically one of the latest episodes about words you can't say anymore. I highly recommend it. The second half is all about a pro-gun, glock carrying republican politician from Louisiana who tried to get a "no toy guns at school" bill passed. They aired a clip from a radio show where this thread topic question was asked. I do have a bug out bag though. About $300 worth of supplies. Hell I don't even own a generator though. I guess I don't see how a topic on elk hunts and another on .44 mags makes me a prepper? In fact the whole stock market thread is me making fun of papsmear's non-perishable food collection.

speedtest.net also good when testing wifi deadzones. I just upgraded from an old n900 wireless router to a google home wifi (3 unit mesh system). I was getting 20mbs or none in some spots of the house and now I get 100 everywhere even by the pool and out in the garage. When we talk speed it's not so much a single user problem. For one user, 20mbs will be fine. For me, it's more about having 3 kids who are getting into stuff that hogs all that data. If one or 2 people are streaming and another trying to play a videogame you're going to have problems at 20mbs.

i was pissed when my twc one year ran out. i was paying maybe $40 a month, but it was for like 30mbs. I also bought my own modem to save $5. Spectrum was then $60 for 60mbs and no discount for my modem. But recently i noticed i get about 110mbs so honestly I'm not all that heartbroken about it. tack on $120 for directv and i'm close to $200 a month. I'm giving it some time to see how things shake out. there's a good storm brewing. Right now I cant say i watch a ton of network tv, but we have our shows that i would miss. Mostly though, it's easy for the wife to turn on shows for the kids and i would miss espn, even if i don't watch as much as i used to.

but if he already has cable and just wants to continue to access his cable through the other tv's then he could do that.

a rep told you to jailbreak (illegal) a firestick?

haha neither of us are in rocky mountain shape. Just saying that we don't need a four wheeler to drop us off to a spot where we can just kill something. No fun in that anyhow. We've crossed off all the low peaks and some of the adirondack high peaks so at least there's a start! haha.

see, this is on point! too many guys picking their old 870 and forget about bad boys like this.

Why aren't there 50 topics posted by papsmear after every crazy christian white guy shoots up a church?

probably easy for me to look this up on my own, but what's the difference between all the "hawks" lol?

looks like the ruger's are the most affordable. Seems from a quick browse that the stainless 29's are pretty up there too.

Boot Suggestions

l'm a huge fan of muck woody max for the "all purpose" ny hunter/outdoorsman. You'll get a lot of positive reviews on them, and because it seems that whenever a lot of people like something, some feel the need to knock it... you'll get some "overpriced" comments. Just my .02 but unless you beat the piss outta them they'll last you a good while and are worth the cost. Generally can be found on sale if you hunt around a little. Arctic pros are warmer so less "all purpose" than the woody max. -
this was yesterday. it's amazing when a little sun comes out and the weather gets above 35.

really? never any hatred directed at Muslims?

The coyote is not native to NY. If legally hunted and killed, it only insures a greater chance of survival of other critters. It has no predators itself. Should the eastern coyote disappear tomorrow, what negative impact would that have on the eco-system? I'd just like to state that my comment was directed at leaving the carcass. Does killing for fur (not for meat) make any difference to just killing and leaving?

whose hungry? lol

dad and I are both in good shape, in his early 60's but still regularly at the gym with no real limitations... which is why the sooner the better I think. I'd like something that's not "DIY hike all over the world" but not one that doesn't feel like we earned it either.

I don’t think you’ll get much heat. They’re an invasive pet with no real use after being killed Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

crying and compassion are different

this price is much more reasonable https://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/ruger-redhawk?g=29344

i feel like i own too many rugers already haha. Do they make them in stainless? I know it's absurd, but I'm really interested in the look as much as the gun itself. given what i intend to use it for.

I have been slowly building my collection of firearms. The next on my list is a big bad .44 mag revolver. The gunslinger, John Wayne style. I think my favorite out of the gate is the colt anaconda, but the prices are truly discouraging. This is simply a "nice to have" for me and wont really serve a purpose so I'm not looking for a carry gun or home defense. Just something that's fun to shoot and intimidating as hell. What are some alternatives?

i dont think my dad and i can do it the randy way, i've watched quite a few of his shows and would love to do it that way, but just not sure. That lottery info would be handy thanks.
