I promise the recoil of a 270, 7-08, 308 won't be an issue for you unless you are the biggest wimp on the face of the planet.

And thats why when I find what I consider a good deal I have a very hard time passing it up. Steve863 knows a guy that got one with a Leupold for @$400 a few years back, he actually called the guy for me but the owner gave it to his brother, so close yet so far. I figure that was one hell of a deal the guy got considering the price of them now.

Doc if you considered a lever I would look at a Browning as an option. Mostly because I want one so every one should have one, lol.

Sounds like you clipped the deer above the spine and it is still kicking. I did the same thing a few years back and caught up with the deer in ML season, healthy as could be until I shot it.

Wonder what changed then? Maybe something underground shifted or something. Ecoli and the like are a different set of problems than chemicals obviously but isn't there a way to shock the well back to safe use? My house is far enough away from the swamp that gets the run off that I should be ok, in theory.

Grow who was first you and your house or the farmer? Around here they regulate how close to a field the well is and what not nowadays.

Actually it has probaly been messed up for a while but was odorless until recently. Not that you were considering selling but you would have zero chance of that now.

No problem, and back at you! "I use some Duct tape, foam weatherstripping and a couple of Bungee cords. Makes them air tight. I get the tubs for @ $10 when they are on sale and the rest costs less than $30 to do 3 or 4 tubs" I don't seal them but use the same tub's, perfect for storing hunting stuff during travel.

No thanks, my wife ordered a pink one yesterday. Do you need a white one? They have them here at Target here and my wife is heading there now.

We can find other colors just not the pink purple combo, white one's get dirty real easy. opps back on topic, I lied before I do store my stuff in a plastic tub.

I can't beleive no one called DEC on us for using gun's in bow season at night from a vehicle with a fake handicap tag on the mirror.

I do zero for scent control, I play the wind, I prefer to spend more time worrying about important stuff like where am I going to get my daughter a pink/purple Furby for Christmas.
