Some of the inexperienced forum members are starting to shine in this thread, I have learned that shooting running deer is a unsafe, impossible thing and that shooting without "rear sights" is unheard of. It is not rocket science, aquire target with both eyes open while looking down the barrel and follow through. It is day one small game hunting and shooting stuff. It never ceases to amaze me how some can make something so simple so over complicated.

I ain't that rich lol, I do enjoy Brownings and own three. No it is a Franchi Diamond, they were made for Dicks sporting goods but I don't think they make them anymore. I love my Franchi, I took two turkeys with it this past spring too. We finished woodcock season with 53 flushed birds, including a few pheasant mixed in. Now it's rabbit and grouse time.

I always wait for the rabbit and birds to stop what ever they are doing before I shoot them. I usually just ask politely for them to stand or sit so I can kill them and they comply. Deer never answer me so I just shoot them anyway.

There is nothing of any importance in any part of his 1000 word dribble essay to respond too. Based in his pictures of himself he posted recently I would say he dabbles in a hobby besides just hunting ie drugs. If he doesn't understand carrying capacity's and the need to kill 3000 deer then he is hopeless. Hunting is not getting the job done and won't.
