Personally I have a list of reasons why I want to move, politics is on there but not the top reason. I would say its in the top 5 though, lol. You won't likely find a family willing to move with out a job lined up most often for more pay.

Yes, more agreement here. Each dog is different in what they need as far as correction. Some are softer than others and any trainer worth his salt will be able to tell pretty quickly what the best way to train that dog is. I would ask for references, do Internet searches of potential trainers names and go and look at the facilities and training grounds before deciding. Many folks find a guy and turn their dog over with out knowing the methods they use, so if there is one that they might not agree with or understand it could turn into a problem for the owner later on. E-collars are a prime example of that, with out proper knowledge they can do more damage than good. And at the same time they can be a valuable asset.

I worked with a trainer and he trained me along with the dog which was nice. Now I do it all myself and enjoy that more than anything else.

Harvey has been a part of some the most violent films produced and sounds like a nut job. Movies like Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill and one on Ww2 just for example, I think the veiwers of his anti NRA movie should see those movies first and decide if he has a firm grasp on reality. (He doesn't)

Been a strange week, -18 the other night then 40ish this morning and now going back to single digits. What a temperature swing.

My brother had that same truck and I remember popping the hood too,lol. His was "painted" a rust color primer with a brush by my uncle who sold it to him for cheap. Many of my first hunting memories started in that truck, I want to get one some day for romping around close to home in.
