They can't stop retail sales unless they try to pull every urine product out of every store? They also can't stop us from drawing and selling to out of state hunters? It's not my problem to ask where a guy lives or hunts before I sell him urine? This law will be enforced like the baiting law. They can't even enforce the laws they have let alone throw new ones up. Lol. No Doubt. The facts still remain that farms will always find it first regardless of where it comes from because we test 100% of all deaths. Ny and all states test at like 00.1% or some useless figure. We have CWD in Ny right now I have no doubts. My only question is if they really are afraid why do they not ban the stuff that they KNOW carries the prions and why do they allow that stuff into our state from CWD positive hitzone states? It's almost always pointed at the Deer farm and high fence when they in fact have no proof? Just like the Urine ban? They allow gallons and gallons of urine to be stocked on our shelves from states that have deer that have CWD and them tell people not to use it? They know we still will and that in fact ups the chance of bringing it in when if they were smart they would allow only urine from our own CWD free whitetails of the state to be stocked on our shelves of our state? Like a law to no minerals or deer feeding yet they still pack the shelves and sell tons of the stuff every year! This urine ban will be laughed at just like the feeding ban and we will still be using urine from Ny Deer as well as possible positive urine from other states? Why? Simple answer. Because folks have that right to be able to raise them. Giving the fact that they have no proof what they are stopping has ever shown CWD proves their agenda? Show me where they have ever made a law or stopped something coming into the state that has 100% Shown to carry the prions and I will show you truck loads of Corn and Alfalfa hay coming in by the ton's! If you have cattle on the lands you hunt you can put out the minerals where ever you like. Of course you can hunt where you like and have no control where the cows and deer use the minerals. Lucky Buck makes a great cattle mineral...

Yeah Ok! Like the old boy upstairs had anything to do with the shot out of a gun? If that was the case then he would save every little creature out there by turning every shot ever taken back into the kill zone so they are dead! There would be no wounding! If Ny was even close to being smart they would allow the sale of only Ny urine off of Ny farms. They love to brag about being the only CWD free state then why not use it? The state would get all the tax money, the farmers in Ny state would be helped and we would be using 100% urine from 100% tested animals. All our sporting goods stores are now , and will continue to have their shelves packed with urine taken from CWD positive states and that is what people will continue to buy and use. Just like the mineral and attractant thing. Still see every shelf wiped out be the middle of the season. People know its a hoax and will continue to use the stuff legal or not.Do you see them stopping the harvest and cross country sales and even other county sales of Corn or Alfalfa? Something which is 100% proven to carry and pass on the CWD prions?

Yeah like this is going to work. Kinda like we cant bait or mineral deer yet every store has 2 isles of the stuff wiped out during the season. First off there has never been any prions found in any urine and thats even out of CWD brain and node positive animals! Second Ny likes to brag that we dont have CWD and are the only state to beat the stuff then you would think that rather than have shelves full of urine for sale from known CWD states they would make it a law that Ny stores can only carry and sell Ny deer urine from Ny farms. That would make sense giving the state all the tax money and keep all the money for them and farmer in our state? We will still have 100's of choices of urine to use and most will still use it.

Most times its during the Rut and its only done in a Funnel.

These things are pretty sweet. Mine works great. I have the one that plugs in my phone that i use a lot but having 2-3 floating around in both fanny pack and back pack makes life a little easier.

True that...But in the big picture as many deer are killed on one night on the highways across the country than have been positive in 12 years of testing. No threat to man or any other animals? Shows the world that CWD is just a money grab and something used by groups like qdma to try and rid the landscape of their biggest threat.......High Fence Hunting! Period!
