Fantastic review...thank you. I've been pretty happy with my stone right on the propane grill. While it's not getting to 800 degrees in 10 minutes, the 550-625 range seems to be a sweet spot for my temp anyway. The wood fire is all I feel I'm missing so not sure ooni is for me. Even these fluke @Chef cooked up another great outing I took home 2 keeper fluke and chef took home 1 plus 2 schoolies blues(released a 3rd). We also caught bunches of short fluke, handful of robins, a shad and a blowfish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bring the nose plugs and full mosquito suit if going to Maine at the end of the summer. The mosquitoes are legendary and the beaver castor/stale donut bouquets ideally blowing in your face for 5 hours is less than pleasant. It is also amazing how dark those woods get -our guide made us wait until he was at our tree before we could climb down. He had many clients think they knew the way back to the road to end up very lost in very big woods where cell phones are spotty at best Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nice outing for my kid today out at Baseball Heaven Long Island (now Lasoroa Legacy Park) this morning...5 innings; 10 Ks, 1 HBP, and maybe a hit or 2. I of course was at camp so I didn't get to see any of it but Mama Crappy getting pretty good with the pitch by pitch texts.
