    4 bucks just cruised by me, all pretty nice racks. Unfortunately I am in my driveway armed with a recycling bin. Most action I've seen on October 1st in years!

    I'm not going out until Saturday at the earliest. I'm going to try pull my clothes out today and get everything washed. I need some new boots so I may head to Cabela's tonight. I need to check my lighted nocks and see if they are working too, maybe get a few new ones. I am totally unprepared this year.

    Who knows? I think they are like $3200 new and this one was 17 years old. I didn’t really care, I got it from a co-worker of one of my sons for a stupid low price and my wife had her fun on it. The 17 year old kid who bought it was buying it for his little brothers birthday gift. I dropped a $100 off to give him a little something just because it was such a cool thing he was doing.     This is my wife's bike, she said it's time for it to go! Woo hooo!! more room in the garage. Excellent condition, Low hours, new tires, new battery, electric start. $1200 obo. She's got a new helmet and MX boots if interested as well. Located in Hamburg, NY

    Last pre-season pull of the year showed all of the usual suspects, we still have some nocturnal shots of the really nice one, same location too. Tons of small bucks this year and they are getting restless. Every camera had shots of sparing, cool to see for sure.

    I generally don't engage in political nonsense online, and I'm certainly not wasting my time reading the article. I saw him answer that question. He did not say what that headline wants you to believe. Period. Anyone with half a desire to think clearly and think for them self, understood exactly what he was saying. Sheep and haters are gonna hate, and they will believe anything that supports their hate, even when common sense tells them otherwise. I have plenty of them in my family, the things they believe are true, are simply preposterous.

    I was at Gander in Hamburg a few weeks ago to check on ammo and noticed that even the common hunting stuff was just about gone. I grabbed 3 boxes of 30-06. it was all they had. I did notice Walmart (Hamburg and Springville) had decent stock though. Springville actually had a lot of guns, I was really surprised.

    A couple more from yesterday's pull. I sure hope some of these guys hang around for a few weeks. I also have a few shots of small bucks sparing, pretty cool. Interestingly enough, we have mostly bucks on the property this year. I have identified at least 9 different 1 1/2 year olds, 3 different 2 1/2(video below?) and two big boys. Only a handful of does and fawns. Not sure what that's going to mean for the upcoming hunting season. https://youtu.be/w7bxB4ZFxFU

    My wife bought me a Bushnell years ago. It was an entry level unit and it works just fine.
