I assume he bought it online from a private individual online and not an FFL? Terrible that it happened. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I have 7 Spartan cell cameras for sale - they are all Blackout models on the Verizon network. I’m looking to get $110 face to face / $125 shipped for each camera or $700 fave to face / $750 shipped for the whole lot. Face to face cash sale or electronic payment preferred - Venmo or PayPal, will consider other payment methods. I live in the Syracuse area. I have these listed on multiple forums but will honor the earliest time stamp for any PMs that are sent my way. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you! How big of a property are you looking for?

Do your cathedral ceilings have ceiling fans by chance? Having that will help circulate that hot air back down to ground level. I've used something like this (not this exact one) in the past to move heat from my coal stove to another area of the house; it worked pretty well overall: https://www.amazon.com/Blades-Heat-Powered-Stove-Fan/dp/B07ZKDJMFJ/ref=asc_df_B07ZKDJMFJ/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=385309235643&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2531962703046623205&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9005171&hvtargid=pla-844529193522&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=75980285662&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=385309235643&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2531962703046623205&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9005171&hvtargid=pla-844529193522

Having recently started my two oldest boys on firearms for deer, I'd consider going with something with a bit lighter recoil. My second oldest really struggled with a 20 gauge pump and felt that the .270 wasn't much better in the recoil department. Both are comfortable shooing a .243, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 7mm-08. I also have a .257 Weatherby that my oldest shoots well but my second oldest isn't too comfortable with. That being said, maybe your son isn't nearly as recoil sensitive as my boys are. I "read" their reactions to trying various firearms and, erring on the side of caution, backed them way down to prevent bad habits from forming.

Is a muzzleloader considered a firearm now? Last I knew, you could still buy one and have it shipped to your home … but the last time I bought one was pre-2013. The “lock up” implications wolc mentioned got me thinking … Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm not a crossbow hunter myself but I do have a Mission Sub-1 Lite that my kids and I shoot in the back yard. It is a heck of a nice crossbow, has been very reliable, and, with proper rail lubrication, the string and cables have been very durable. Note that it is likely not legal for hunting purposes but it appears that is not an issue for either of us. The downside is that the mission crossbows are rather expensive. Good luck!

Where is your property located?

All are accounted for and are showing status updates at midnight every night (I have them set to do so), but no pictures are being sent even though pictures are being taken (as confirmed by walking in front of the camera, waiting several minutes to see if the picture will be transmitted, then checking the camera to confirm one was taken). I don’t know what’s going on and Spartans customer service hasn’t called me back yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve had these cameras for 2 years + without any issues. They were all sending pictures just fine until 2 days ago - makes me wonder if there’s some issue with Spartan’s service. I have some tactacams on the same cell service (Verizon) that are sending just fine. Frustrating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have several spartan cameras out right now but none of them have sent any pictures in the past 2 days. All of them are set to send test pictures at 11:00am and 01:00 am, but none of them have been sent. I can see that the status of the cameras was last updated at 01:00 this morning, but still no pictures. I have plenty of premium credits available, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Is anyone else having issues with your spartan cameras? Anthony Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I can vouch for that - thank you @Otto!

I'm not sure what's available for smokeless muzzleloaders these days but I bought a Savage ML-II smokeless several years back. I much prefer that over my old T/C Omega. Cleanup is a breeze!

If Cabin Fever doesn't take the primers, I'd be interested in them.

I had 3 cameras get ruined by bears last year. So far this year, I've had an antenna broken on one camera and another camera "adjusted" twice by bears (basically just tilted the camera sideways). I really need to invest in some bear boxes for these cameras.

Do the properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Missouri come with OGM rights? Very little of what I've looked at in Ohio has them, which has turned me off a bit. But maybe it's not as much of a concern as I've made it out to be.

I'll be watching this one closely - good luck!

Semantics maybe, but that's not the actual text of the law ... what they write in FAQ's may not be consistent with what the law actually says, which could make things even more confusing! Maybe that's not actually the case here though.

I have both a bitzenburger fletching jig and the vane master pro from LCA. The vane master pro is my go-to - super easy to use with a lot of adjustability.
