Buddy checked trail cams from over the weekend to last night. 5 bucks , 40 deer in all. This is a very small area. Not one pic of deer in daylight

Dang , you almost hurt my feelings I'm all for shooting as many as I see. As soon as we get some snow I'll be out there with the caller and #4 buck. I know they impact deer population and any avid turkey hunter will SSS them all spring season long. This was the first spring season in a long time I didn't see one coming in to try and kill a turkey ( me )! -

I could be mistaken but this deer looks healthy to me. Except for where coyote(s) already went for the arse as they do -
Huge wings , crisp and saucy. Medium is hot by there standard. Order of fries and side of gravy and you're good to go.

Take a cardboard box a little bigger than #110 if you can find one. Cut hole to fit spring of trap thru the outside. Throw some peanut butter at other end of entrance hole. Hope this makes sense

Assuming these are all planted birds ? Pay per bird. Where you spin them to disorient , stuff under brush and then " hunt "? I'm sure I just opened a can of worms but it's just not my thing. Sorry. I understand there isn't many non stockers around anymore but it's like trout fishing in the hatchery pools IMO Saw a wild bird last week and put up a pair last year Wish they were around like I heard they were many many years ago.

not sure they can put a price on venison as one can't buy it. Nor are they going to pay for your gas your time or put those deer back on the planet

always get a burger there. Never tried their wings Anchor Bsr I gotta say are fair at best. Maybe the first but so many better places than there. Only out of towners seem to go there.

Sarcoptic mange is mites that are in the top layer of fur causing severe itchiness and fur more or less scratched off. Very contagious. Need to bury something like this so other animals don't roll in it. Possibly could kill if sick enough but surely would freeze to death with no fur

because people I know put up the fur and can send to auction if and when prices go back up. Also controlling diseases such as rabies , distemper and mange with some population control.

Why stir the pot ? I have my wife and daughter in my vehicle quite often and I carry 24/7 but why take a chance of instigating something It only takes one whacko to see it after having a bad day and causing trouble.
