Sad state of affairs I am still eating brisket!! lol not sad at all!! Warmed up slices on a piece of white bread slathered with some Sticky Fingers Sauce. Bam! Oh and steamed up a whole artichoke for the boy. Man he loves those things, me can't stand em! Oh and had a nice sliced smoked chicken sandwich on toasted rye with lettuce for lunch today.......mmmmm

Wrapped in foil and towels resting in the cooler for a couple. Will update with pics when sliced. I put it on at 11pm so figure midnight due to DST. It hit a hard stall around 6, I shoulda Texas Crutched it earlier but went back to bed. So it took a bit longer. The temp probe slid in like butter when I pulled em. What do you guys pay for brisket? Man the prices are ridiculous here. My buddy in Georgia said he just paid $2.43 a pound!! I wish!!

I got one years ago on sale like the others. Cost a couple bucks. I think I have used it 2-3 times. I don't usually have to much bug issues. They can't bite through my hunting gear, gloves or hat. Just extra stuff to lug, now this year may be a different story since my boy starts hunting and we are regulated to the ground cause NYS is stupid.
