Yep I feel the same as cabin also. We've actually started renting a cabin for opening day ever sence sat started. Stay Fri night thru sunday

I honestly did not know wearing orange was this debatable. I always wear orange as everyone I hunt always has and never had a issue shooting any deer.

Yea sighted in last weekend but had to remove barrel to plug for 3 rounds bc I forgot to....idk if that made it mess up....

So put on perfect stalk of a nice 4 pt on state land got within 50 yards put cross hair on him and touched it off...he jumped and took off thought a good hit....went to spot found lots of hair but no blood....tracked for few ridges right on his tracks no more hair no blood...i don't get it I just got done sighting this in last weekenf was perfect right where I wanted it....this makes 2 misses today needless to say scopes comming off for tomorrow's hunt I'm not happy at all idk if it got bumped or what but something is not right....not my best opening day

Just got to cabin for weeken...4 in of snow give or take. Opted not to bring my bow....regretting that now as I have tons of time till rest show. Hope to see some tomorrow good luck all will be nice to have some snow for opening day.
